Placed order online and called in twice and the gentleman that answered the line both times was very polite and professional. Delivery driver was fast. Pizza came hot and soda came cold. Everything I requested was included (paper plate, plastic knife, and napkins). Pizza was yummy. Highly recommend Mr. Jim's Pizza. Thank you! read more

MrJims.Pizza - Small original pizza with pepperoni, pineapples, spinach. Yum. - Pizza Near Me - Kenner, Louisiana

Saw this place on tik tok and decided to stop in after dropping a friend off at the airport. I got the BBQ chicken pizza at the recommendation of Lisa and it was a great choice. The BBQ sauce they used was so good and the chicken was juicy. I was worried that they would be busy and my pizza would take a while, but it was out in about 12 min! Ms. Lisa was so sweet and helpful. I took mine to go, but there are a few tables if you wanted to eat in the restaurant. I will definitely be back to try other things on the menu. read more

We are currently eating in the restaurant because the pizza smelled too good to make it to the car!! My son said ma you have to leave a 5 star review this pizza is "bussin bussin!!" LOL I have to second that...I always have loved Mr. Jim's and always will....something about that taste is so special, fresh and delicious. And the staff is super sweet and accommodating too :) Disclaimer: My pepperoni may look like it's on the darker side for your comfort, but I requested it be crispy like bacon lol and my wish was granted!! read more

This by far is the best Pizza you will ever taste! It cost a little more than the cardboard with tomato sauce on it you get at Dominos but the cost difference is extremely small compared to the huge taste difference you get at Mr.Jims in Kenner La. Logan is the man when it comes to customer service and gives each customer his best every time you visit to get the greatest Pizza you ever tasted. I live 3 blocks from a Dominos and drive 15 miles to Mr. Jim's Pizza. Well worth the drive. Much thanks to Logan and his Mother for making Pizza great again!!! Try them you won't be sorry!!! read more

I do not think enough people know about this place or give it enough credit. This is hands down the best pizza in the city. This place has fresh ingredients and so many options for their crust and toppings. They're pizza is called D'Lish and that is exactly what it is! So one of the many options for the crust is garlic butter crust, garlic parmesan crust, sesame seed crust, garlic herb crust, and siracha sauce crust. I have ordered both the garlic butter crust and the garlic herb crust. Both are food, but the herb is quite herby. I will stick with just the garlic butter. I want to to try the siracha, who wouldn't?! There are all kinds of toppings and did I mention fresh!? One of the toppings is roasted garlic and I do not know any other place that offers that, you know I like garlic, right?! They deliver too. I really love this pizza and hope this review will make you wanna try it and love it too! read more

Just ordered Mr. Jim's Pizza for delivery. I chose Mr. Jim's because thin crust was available and I'm glad I did. The pizza was excellent with a nice thin crispy crust. Very flavorful but not overwhelming spices. I visit New Orleans regularly and will keep Mr. Jim's as a go to choice. read more

Don't order your pizza on Halloween, they are warding off vampires! Ordered a Mr spinach no bacon add roasted garlic and they used about 13 jars of minced garlic not even edible. I'm not one to post bad reviews, but the man answering the phones isn't even at the pizza shop and didn't believe me. My boyfriend went back and they did give a refund, but I was really hungry read more

Fabulous fabulous and such a verity of things to choose from! There is a reason it's been around so long, consistent

Mr Jims is the best pizza around for years very nice people that work for them and very convenient

We walked in to this place that only appeared...eh...from the outside. We were at a mall on Williams; we'd never been there before. But looking in thrift shops up the road...always gives me an appetite. We were NOT disappointed. Greeted warmly by the two 'pizza nerds', and ordered one-with-the-works....yummo. There is artwork on the walls, also very nice. I'm from NY so I consider myself a pizza-snob. This was right up there with Ray's or any of Gotham's tastiest. read more

Terrible customer service. Didn't receive food order twice. Customer service is nonexistent. Do not order food from this terrible place.

We love Mr. Jim's pizza! The pizza Delish is by far my favorite but don't forget their wings! The buffalo wings are also a must to try! The hospitality of their workers is also admirable. We order pretty regularly! read more

I will never buy dominoes, papa johns, or little Caesar's again. This is the best pizza ever!! I ordered Saturday night, 2 large pizzas and they were absolutely amazing. Mr.Jim's is under new ownership now but better than ever! They kept true to some great originals, like the "Sticky Fingers", BUT added flavored crust. I've ordered several times from the new ownership and can't complain one bit! Delivery is always much quicker than what they quote you on the phone. With these new owners, I'm tempted to try something new, and will update again next time! :-D read more

The best pizza in Kenner I've been eating here since I was a kid and I'm 43 nowAwesome service fresh hot food delicious every time.

Their specialty pizzas are da bomb!!! I tried their Sticky Fingers pizza and it was loaded with toppings. It came with pepperoni, beef, ham, sausage, mushrooms, onions, and green peppers. Delicious! I also really enjoyed the Nacho Stix. Gooey goodness in the form of stuffed crust packed with chicken, jalapenos, and cheese. This Mr. Jim's has been here for decades so they must be doing something right. I love the service and the pizza is yummy! read more

I ordered pizza and cheese bread and a cookie pie for my family in Louisiana due to family emergency. I live out of state and wanted the kids of my family to have a nice dinner for the evening. Pizza was the choice but where do you get something good that you haven't tried. There is the usual pizza chains but the reviews were something left to be desired. This place had great reviews and Bryan who took my order was patient and courteous and gave advice that helped me to get enough delicious food to fill the belly and to lift the spirits of my family. That being said the Pizza was really good which is a big complement from kids who thoroughly enjoyed dinner. Do I recommend this place?....YES! Would I order from here again?..YES! However Bryan made the whole experience worth paying a little more for Delicious Kindness on a plate served up as PIZZA! Thank you for a clutch experience during a difficult circumstance. Everyone should try the hospitality that makes their food sooooo good! I highly recommend this pizza place to locals and out-of-towner's like me. read more

Two Marine Corps veterans showed up for some good eats but we received a lot more from the owners who run this restaurant. They were extremely nice and welcomed these two veterans on 8-3-19. We even received an unrequested discount on our meals. (They noticed our USMC caps) The custom-filled Calzones were delicious and made to our order. We will be back for some of their famous pizza in the near future. Semper Fi. read more

One of the worst business experiences of my life. Owner took the online order and never delivered my food. Certainly took my money. I called and he told me "I dont give a shit I just opened"...it was 4:25pm...I ordered around 2pm and called maybe 5 times getting a voicemail. He then tried to charge me twice. Food was horrific as expected. Go anywhere else these other reviews have to be fake. read more

Mr. Jim's Pizza in Kenner, has new owners. The pizza is GREAT! service is on point, both, in-store and via delivery.

Our hotel listed them as a recommended pizza place, so we put in an online order. When I went to pick it up, it turns out they never got the order. The lady working there said they have had problems with it - they should stop offering online orders, then. I got a free Coke for my 15 minutes extra wait. I wound up driving around because the store itself is pretty shady inside, especially the weird little slots machine area. The ham and pepperoni pizza itself was decent for the price, but with what I went through to get it, I wouldn't try here again. read more
