My son and I visited Eggs and More / Sarah's Cuisine in Falconridge today, and it was a complete disaster. We waited for over an hour just to get a simple order of eggs, toast, and hash browns. While we sat there starving, multiple groups of people walked in after us, ordered Indian food, received their meals, and finished eating. When we finally questioned the delay, the waitress explicitly told us our food was taking so long because we didn't order a Delhi/Indian dish. It is completely unacceptable to neglect customers based on what section of the menu they order from.To make matters worse, l am a tradesman electrician, and I couldn't help but notice the appalling state of the building's wiring. There are open junction boxes and exposed wiring visible to customers. Everything is done in a completely half-assed, hazardous manner. When a business cuts corners that badly on basic electrical safety in the dining area, it makes you seriously question the cleanliness, safety, and health standards inside the kitchen. We will never give this establishment another penny. With the (admittedly, cute) toys and gaming decor, it felt a bit like "throwing everything at the wall to see what sticks" instead of just focusing on what they can do the best. Perhaps they could consider improving or even removing the western items since they don't seem to taste as good as the Japanese/Chinese stuff. Balancing of flavours and seasoning would be a nice New Years resolution for them.
