I can't say enough about this Domino's restaurant that delivers to my address. They are simply amazing and they are my trusted Dinner Team when we're having a tough day or a pile of family and friends show up. The pizzas are fast, hot, tasty, accurate, and simply wonderful. Every. Single. Time. I don't know what they do there but it is WORKING!!! Team, you amaze me. I am so grateful for you and the wonderful support you provide our family at dinner time. You pizzas are a tremendous value in a busy household and the two times we order are when we're celebrating (tasty party food everyone loves) or when we're wiped out (tasty comfort food everyone loves). read more

Pizza tonight wasn't good. No extra sauce, no garlic butter on 2 of the 3 pizzas. Garlic bites were great! Service was really good though. Walked in and the place was clean. Low score due to all pizza asked for extra sauce and they were almost sauce less. Try again next weekend. read more

If I could give negative Stars I certainly would. This Domino's Pizza location can't handle simple orders and they for sure do not stand behind correcting their mistakes! October 18, 2025: I am handicapped and on a low income. As a treat I bought two pizzas with a coupon for $9.99 any size pizza any ingredients each. A family member picked up the pizzas and brought them to my house. One of the pizzas was made by mistake by adding an ingredient I didn't order which was jalapenos. This happened to be the one pizza that I was going to eat because I couldn't eat the other one. We all know picking off jalapenos doesn't take away the spice from the oil that gets in the rest of the ingredients around it. I called the Domino's location and asked to speak with a manager who promised to send me a free pizza to my login app. Three days went by and no points arrived in my Domino's app. I called the store again and was promised they would show up within 48 hours. I spoke to someone twice by this point. I ended up placing a concern of my issue on the Domino's main website at their feedback tab. I received an email back the following day advising that the email had been forwarded to my local Domino's and would be handled. It has now been 3 weeks! and two more times of me contacting Domino's! no one is addressing their mistake or paying me back with either a credit to my credit card or a free anything pizza! I've lost my trust in this Domino's at this point, that they make pizza incorrectly and not make it right for the customer. They are liars, thieves and don't care at all for their customers! Absolutely terrible experience. I came in to fix a messed-up order for my child, and the staff couldn't care less. I had my receipt in hand, ready to show them exactly what went wrong--but they wouldn't even look at it. No apology, no effort to make it right, and definitely no refund. If you're not going to stand by your orders or treat customers with basic respect, don't expect us to keep coming back. This location made it crystal clear they don't value their customers. If you're thinking about ordering from here--don't. Just don't. They wasted my time, dismissed my concern, and ruined a meal meant for my kid. That's not just bad service--that's personal. read more

The order was wrong, cold and late. The replacement pizza took more than 1.5 hours to receive and they claimed it was expedited. We will never ever order Dominos again and I am reaching out to their corporate office. read more

Pizza from here is usually good. Fluffy crust, delicious toppings and seemingly fresh ingredients. I got a green olive and chicken pizza. I will say that this place usually is understaffed and this location doesn't usually accept orders on Friday's or Saturday's unless it is for pickup. This is a bit of a bummer and suggestive of being underst. The ambiance of the place is alright, it is of the average pizza shop. read more

I worked here decades ago and got some food recently. Everything was well made. The service was quick and the phone notification system was spot on. I chatted with the man running to place to learn it was a family business. The place felt like it had seen a lot of improvement since the last time I was there. read more

Got an absolutely amazing pizza yesterday from here. Thank you, Domino's. My mother definitely loved it!! They hit it out of the ballpark! Management, please thank the team! read more

Our pizza was VERY wrong so I called the place & they said they'd get a new pizza out to us. I tossed the old pizza and waited. They never showed up. Called back and no one answered. I know they have something that shows you the customer when you call, so I assume they avoided my calls. Never did get my correct pizza. read more

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Yesterday, I ordered 8 pizzas for my child's 5th birthday party in our home. The order went through, the payment began processing - everything seemed to be fine. After an hour, I checked the app again, and apparently the manager had taken it upon himself to cancel the order. He said that he thought it was a fake order, and tried to call the phone number listed on the account to verify the authenticity of the order. It's my husband's number, and he literally says his name on the voicemail message. He called twice (from a number my husband didn't recognize) and then just decided to cancel the order. So we had 18 hungry 5 year olds who just about tarred and feathered us because they were starving. My husband ended up having to drive out to Little Caeser's to get ready pizza so that a riot didn't break out among the hungry youths. We have gotten Dominos almost weekly for 8 years. We will NEVER be using this establishment again. Who just cancels an order after sending a confirmation email?! It sounded to me like the staff were either too busy or too lazy to make such a large order, and it's a shame because we had a great tip waiting for the delivery driver. read more

If I could give a no star I would. The worst Dominoes I've ever ordered from. They say 20 to 25 minutes. But the last 2 orders have been well over an hour and over 2 hours. These will be the last order I will give the Dominoes on Zane in Brooklyn Park. The worst. read more

Need I say more? The manager hung up on me. This is not what we ordered. The manager also admitted to being the one cutting this which means he approved this burnt piece of crap. Horrible costumer service. read more

Save yourself some time and DO NOT order from this location. I have have had so, so, so many instances with this particular Franchise. I have 2 free pizzas owed to me but I ordered off the menu and didn't use my free pizzas. I called them to cancel the order after 40 minutes of some dude preparing my order. I sat on hold for 5 minutes to cancel my order and ordered from a completely different restaurant. This place has become the nastiest place to order from. I've lived here for 20+ years and have spent a large amount of money with Dominos. I ordered through Door Dash after cancelling and they are already on the way!! Dominos can keep their 2 free pizzaa and shove them right in the trash, just like this Brooklyn Park POS store. read more

I had kind of a terrible time ordering through this dominoes they told me me they didn't deliver here and I spent 30 to 40 min trying to find a place that delivered finally got back to the this place, I waited on the line to speak with a manager and finally when I did she disregarded the inconvenience that I was put through and was like oh well sorry not my problem pretty much and I heard her laugh, I asked for for her name and she wouldn't tell me and she hung up on me I did research online pretty positive Krista. I get we are human and have bad days and moments but she 100% definitely was not manager material. Andrew the manager who we finally get through to was great though he absolutely deserves a promotion!!!! He went out of his way to solve the issue. 10/10 recommend Andrew for problem solving like a manager should do. The 5 star is only for Andrew saving the day. The No named manager gets -100. read more

Just called to place an order for my daughter's birthday party. I had a question before I ordered: how many cuts where in a medium vs. large? I wasn't sure if a larger pizza had more slices. I got cut off before I could finish asking by the gentleman on the phone. He told me I had to make my order quick because he was the only one there and had food coming out of the oven. I told him never mind and would take my business elsewhere. He then hung up on me. read more

One night my brother ordered a pizza around 6:30pm. It didn't arrive until 9pm.. he was told it was a busy night. Uhhhhh, I guess. Ordered on a Thursday evening...kinda busy ~10pm. I was supposed to have a $10 discount associated w/my phone # for a mistake made nearly 1.5 months ago. I was kind doubting that they would know anything about it. But, I'm happy to report it was there and the person taking my order repeatedly it back twice. Transaction and pizza were perfect! I wanted to give them zero star but won't let me. This place is so horrible AVOID THIS PLACE ASAP. Poor customer service and poor management. I ordered managers special and I had my nephew is who is 4 and was told to wait outside I said no. The manager ED ALLEN IS SO FREAKING HORRIBLE. He acted smart with me and try to make me do some math. While my food was being made he said give this man his money back. I didn't even say I want my money back. Matthew the cashier is sooo horrible and doesn't seem to care at all. He is rude and disrespectful. Please avoid this place if you can. You won't be satisfied. Avoid avoid. With all the bad reviews I'm surprised why it's still open. It's making me select a star which I don't want too so I guess one star until my post is posted. AVOID AVOID AVOID all of the employees didn't seem to care at all. Fire ED Allen. I didn't tell you to pick Dominos as your career. It's not my fault you hate your job. Pathetic loser read more

Wish I could give it negative stars. Staff is awful. Tried calling on a Friday night around midnight and they hung up the first time and refused to answer every time after. I love dominoes, but I definitely plan on ordering elsewhere. So many options with ubereats and DoorDash. The current staff will be the downfall of this store. read more

Because of the new manager/workers here, this dominos is now so fucking ridiculous and rude. (The manager was the one who was rude.) Here's What Happened: I order my easy order from this location, as usual, we went to pick it up, and me and my guests thought the pizzas had way too much cheese in them, so I called in and told them the sich and see if we could get a reimbursement for these, and he told us to come here with the pizzas. So we went back, he tells us that one of the pizzas can be replaced, except the cheese one because he said that's the regular amount of cheese... wow. I really wish if I took a pic of the pizzas before we even went there. Anyway, after this, I told him that I usually get cheese pizzas here and the cheese is never this much, than he decided to FUCKING YELL at me and tell me "THAT IS THE AVERAGE AMOUNT OF CHEESE STOP COMPLAINING", at that point, I told the manager to give me a refund for my WHOLE order, and he says we can only refund half of it, told the dumbass again with now me raising my voice at him, than he made it a full refund. fucking pathetic. If you want dominos, do yourself, and everyone else a favor, and tell them to go to a different dominos, unless they kick the current manager out of his spot and replace him with a new one. (07/31/18: if you just order cheese pizzas, [idk how they are with pepperoni/topping pizzas] don't even go to dominos, head to Little Caesars, most of the time their pizzas are perfect in the amount of cheese and sauce. And the crazy bread is worth it with your order.) read more

I have tried to order from this location a few times, they stop answering the phone 20 minutes before they close so they don't have to stay late, the guy answering the phone is EXTREMELY rude, I was on hold for 15 minutes and then when he finally answered I ordered the pasta. He said that they don't have them anymore and hung up on me. Went to the app and ordered the exact thing I had asked him for. Never ordering from this location again! read more

I LOVE my Zane Ave Brooklyn Park Domino's store!!! Everyone on this team rocks!!!! Especially Dawn :-)

This is the worst place ever to order from I've ordered from here multiple times!!! each time I've had to wait more than two hours, no matter the time of day!! some of the times I've actually had to cancel my order because it has taken way too long! The staff that answers the phone acts like they don't know what's going on. The drivers are quite nice. But that does not make up for the horrible service there is there before it gets to the driver! They never worn you that your order will take longer than an hour. Even when I called over the phone to order they say 45 minutes and it is always longer. Dominoes was one of my favorite pizza places before I moved in this area. The Robbinsdale the one is way better!! read more

If I could give this place a negative number I would. Sat on hold for 25 minutes only to have them ask me to hold for 10 more. This all after we received a letter with a coupon from the General Manager - Jon Goodridge asking for our business back. Yah, that's a massive NO. read more

I placed a delivery order and it took 40 minutes to be delivered which was 25 minutes past the promised time. I live 2 miles away and the driver told me she got lost. don't EVER order from them! their employees will bang on your door, continuously disrespect you when you're calmly asking them not to do that because there are children in the house, become aggressive & then refuse to leave your property even when you've notified them you're calling the police(trespassing) *but wait, there's more * When you call the store manager for assistance they will say it's okay for them to trespass because the door was closed in their face. Luckily, champlin police handled the situation quickly + effectively buuut throughout it all they still wouldn't even give us the pizza Liiiike... I've literally never had a problem with ANY other delivery service. This dominos location is highly unprofessional. save your money. I recommend ordering Jets or Pizza hut instead read more
