We were in Minnesota for labor day weekend to visit family. After having long days and nights, pizza is exactly what we wanted. We didn't want dominos or pizza hit because thats what we have at home. My sister had recommended Jet's pizza and it was great. We loved the deep dish and cheesy breadsticks. The crust has a good bite to it and the sauce pairs well with the cheese and sausage and pepperoni. The garlic butter could use more garlic flavor, but it was still good. Very disappointed in the Brooklyn Park Jet's pizza. We ordered online at 6:22 with a delivery time of 7:02. At 7:30, I called Jet's to check on the status of the order. I was informed that the pizza wasn't started yet, and it would be another 30 minutes to get it delivered. I spoke to the manager who had several excuses, but when I asked why I wasn't notified that the order would be late, he didn't have an answer. I was offered 10% off my next order. I canceled my order and didn't take the 10% since I won't be ordering again. People wonder why restaurants are closing, and my response is that customer service is dead. read more

I'm surprised that there are so few reviews for this place??? This is EXCELLENT and I do mean EXCELLENT pizza. I just had three varieties today for lunch and they were all top notch. BBQ chicken. Mushroom, sausage, and black olives, (my go to choice for a pizza). And a Italian sausage supreme. I've had delivery from these guys before and was really looking forward to it again, was not disappointed. These were all deep dish and really, really good. I normally try to support my local establishments, Parkway Pizza being my neighborhood choice, but this was at work. The only complaint I have is that for as close as they are to my work location, it should have been hotter. This is one of those place that if you knew how dirty and ulgy unkept it was on the inside you would not consider it. Wow! First time I've ever ordered or had Jets pizza. The employees were amazing. When we walked in we were greeted instantly. I had some questions about their online menu. The girl behind the counter was new and said "I'm new and I'm not sure." She got me the answer. We got a antipasto salad with ranch. The ranch is the best. I also got medium wings. Jet's Pizza is the best pizza I've had in Minnesota. This location is fairly new so they seem to have some kinks that need to be worked out with quoting pick-ups times and things like that so I have been in the lobby with angry groups of people several times. Don't let this dissuade you, just make sure to allow some extra time when picking up your order. We always order the 8-Corner pizza which is basically two square personal pan pizzas so every piece is a corner piece. And this pizza is *all* about the crust. They allow you to "flavorize" the crust and the most delicious option is their turbo crust which is a combination of butter, garlic and romano cheese. This Jets pizza had been a favorite for a few years. I have ordered more of their pizzas than anyone should likely consume. The quality control was great, each pizza was just like the last. In the last few months the consistency has been poor. One pizza would be good, the next poor. I had never had them get an order wrong until the last 3 orders. 2 of the 3 have been incorrect. The 1st time I called and they took care of it right away, offering a free pizza for my next order. That was great, and appreciated. The last order was again incorrect. I called and the person who answered the phone asked someone in the background to validate the order. I could hear them talking, and then laughing. He came back on the phone and said that his manager made it so it couldn't have been incorrect. I simply informed them that they were incorrect and will not order from them again. Bought Jetzee, to try something new. I saw it on the poster. You order, the salesperson asks what kind and of course you dont know because You only saw it in the picture with no options. He gives you the options, i took Tuna. It will take 10-12minutes or longer to be done. Tuna Jetzee is good, though kinda messy due to dripping juice if the tuna. Theres no description of the food, the bread i assumed is a pizza crust, relatively to hard or to overly crunchy relative to the tuna. Worth a try. read more

If I can give this place a negative star I would give it a 100 time with their costumer service. I ordered pizza and waited over 2 hours and and never received my pizza. So I call back and asked for my pizza the person that picked up made me feel like a dumb ass as if called the wrong jets pizza. She asked me if I called a different jets and I told her it's the same number I called. I have a smart phone. All I have to do was go in my call log and make the call again. But she said I never called or placed a order. Then I told her my order and then she put me on hold. Came back and said it was all their fault and that I would still have to wait for my order another 45 minutes. Never offer me any compensation or any rush delivery. You guys need better training. When Jet's opened earlier this year, we had a coupon for a free small deep dish pizza when a large pizza was purchased. I took advantage of the offer and got a Turbo crust small deep dish pepperoni. My wife tried the deep dish and LOVED it! The crust is crisp and chewy, not greasy and doughy like many other pizza chains. Now deep dish Turbo crust is all that we order. Give it a try.
