Skimping destroyed the pizza. My pizza was in the oven when I arrived. But watching the pizzas being made I noticed that he would reach into the cheese bin with one hand and shake off access. This was on large pizzas. So basically, a palm full. I ordered a thin crust with double sausage, double cheese, mushroom and onion. The cheese amount was so miniscule that it just dehydrated on top of the pizza. They skimped so much on toppings that 5 - 6 squares of pizza had no sausage at all. The amount of toppings used was about 1/3 of any other pizza place around. It was so dry it was barely edible. I would never try here again. read more

I've been a Jet's loyalist for a long long time and I can count on one hand how many times I've had Domino's in the last ten years but I wanted to try something less expensive than Jet's and better than Caesar's. I used the app to order a Deluxe hand-tossed round and some bread bites. Honestly, I was shocked how good it was. Admittedly I was a naysayer previously. The pizza on it's own was outstanding though. Huge knobs of Italian sausage and praise the lord, fresh mushrooms...plus pepperoni, green pepper and onion. It was heavenly! The bread bites, also heavenly, were laden with parm and butter. You know how every once in a great while Caesar's nails a couple of their bread sticks in a bag...crunchy browned edges, soft and pillowy in the middle with plenty of butter, cheese and garlic. Every one of the bites was this way. Crusty dough with a caramelized base and literally swimming in butter and parm and made to pop them into your mouth one after another. My only complaint, their marinara and other dips comes in sealed premade cups. I'm not a fan of this. That aside though, I think I might have to try them a few more times and see if they're overall consistent. Don't expect good service from this Domino's. Twice I ordered pizza to be delivered and it never arrived, even though their tracker said it had been delivered. After I complained the second time I was offered a free pizza. I figured I better pick it up since they couldn't find my residence just a mile down Grand River. I used the email they had sent me for the free pizza. When I came to the end I was charged $13.51 for the"free" pizza. I called to complain and I was told I hadn't any free pizza rewards. As I was totally frustrated, I said I"ll have to find a new pizzeria. The clerk said that 's fine with them. When I went into the store I asked to speak to a manager. She told me that since I had paid with a credit card I could no longer get the free pizza. She blamed the incompetence on not being able to get good help. The first time we ordered from this new location we were not impressed. We decided to try it again and it was a very different experience! I used the app to place the order which was very easy and I love that you can see the status of your order. It took only 20 minutes to receive our order and it arrived correctly and piping hot! We have ordered from here several times now and love it! They are always on time or earlier than promised with delivery. Price was great as we get a combo of two 1-topping pizzas, parm bites, cinnamon sticks and a 2-liter for $19.99. Delivery drivers have all been nice. This is the absolute worst pizza place around when they first opened they were on the ball however that has all changed. My order was wrong i even took pictures tried to talk to a manager who was beyond unprofessional had no customer service skills and was just downright rude nasty B**** .Argued with me telling my order was corrrect even tho i was looking tight at it and it was clearly not what i ordered.She then hung up on me thinking maybe wejust got disconnected i called back only for her to pick up`the phone say nothing and hang up on me again now i knoew this was deliberate so my daughter called who had heard the whole conversation and was beyond shocked at this womans crazy behaviour as soon as she said what order she was calling about she was hung up on too.They say these calls are recordered i have sent multiple complaints asking for them to be reviewed and this issue addressed.I dont want my food replaced at this point I want this manager reprimanded and I want the courtesy of someone to return my calls as promised instead of ignoring this issue and letting this manager continue to treat customers badly. read more

We used to order from here all the time until an incident that happened a few weeks ago and the franchise person basically brushed it off. It was the weekend that a lot of people had no power, but Dominos did. So I ordered 5 pizzas since we were staying with friends (in hartland) that had power. Our kids were in town so we had them pick up the pizzas. They got back to the house and I noticed a pizza is missing so we call. The lady that answered the phone stated it was left on their rack, but we'd have to come back and get it because she wasn't sending a delivery person. This same person refused for us to speak to a manager or give her name and hung up on us. Thankfully my husband (who has pervious restaurant manager experience) was just leaving our house and could go get it. He walked in to get the pizza and the pizza was slammed down on the counter so he asked what was going on/what happened. She then proceeded to aggressively pull open the cash drawer, pull out the money for the said pizza and slam it on top of the pizza box then told my husband it was OUR fault that they forgot to give us one of our pizzas turned around from my husband threw her hands up in the air and said as she was walking away "I'm not dealing with this shit anymore have a nice day".
