Ordered a large pizza with extra cheese and pepperoni. After working 9 hours straight all I wanted to do was get a pizza and go home. They barely put any cheese on the pizza and hardly any pepperoni. It's really upsetting because I don't want to take the pizza back inside and wait 30 minutes for a remake. So now I have to go home and eat a crap pizza. Pisses me off read more

I have ordered pizza from the Domino's in Brandon for years. Has usually always been a good experience. The last few months I've had 4 deliverys that have been terrible! I order and the status doesn't move from prep for 2 hours. I call and they say we don't have any drivers. Something I feel u could have give me a heads up about an hour ago. I ordered last night and same thing so I canceled and ordered from some where else. Got pizza from somewhere else it was delivered, eat then went to bed. Woke up this morning to walk outside and a Domino's pizza is on my door step. They had to have delivered over 3 hours past when I ordered, even after I specifically canceled order. Call back and to tell them to take this off my card and he said to call corporate! I like Domino's pizza but as long as this is the only one I can order delivery from I will never order it again read more

How in the name of all that's holy can these people NOT have on glove ??!! While waiting on my pizza I watched all the employees put their bare hands in the dough, pick up all the food with their bare hands ! So...how can I put this? I have never seen so much unorganized confusion in my life. I came here on the night of Saturday 4/27/2019. Unfortunately that was a mistake. There were a lot of people working and no one seemed to work together which made for many wrong orders and a looong wait. When I ordered they told me 20 minutes. That 20 minutes turned to 48 minutes. I waited inside and the only reason I got my order that soon is because I reminded them how long I had been waiting. I ordered extra sauce and cheese on my 2 pizzas. Both seemed to be incorrectly made. By this time i just wanted to leave and never return. I wasn't offered an apology, a Coke, or anything. Terrible management. My 80 year old grandmother has been craving a pizza from Domino's since she has been quarantined. Scared to come in contact with me, I wanted to surprise her with a pizza. She agreed but asked if I would put her half of the pizza in a separate box. The precious boy working at the window said he could not do it. I asked to speak to the manager. The manager who called herself "Debbie" refused to give me a second box. After reexplaining the situation, she responded with "You're not going to guilt trip me." I am completely appalled by the lack of empathy and customer service tonight. Unfortunately, we will not be going back to this location. read more

Coming from a large city, with Italians running the show, and never ordering a chain pizza before. I have to commend Dominos. They try to become a better fast food chain. I order the spinach and feta cheese pizza, with thin crust. Tonight, I ordered their apple salad, a bit wilted, and some "cheesy bread". I did expect the bread to be more cheesy. It is also full of sodium. But, I called a young lady and I wish I had her name. She was wonderful. Maybe, you can look it up, she was excellent. Corie delivered the wilted salad and the cheesy bread. He was on time and really responsive. If only I looked at the order before he left. Next time, I will stick with the thin crust, with spinach and feta cheese. read more

I ordered pizza for my team to expense. The delivery driver didn't give my team members a receipt. Instead, the delivery driver gave himself a tip. I called the location. It was escalated to the manager and her GM. They offered to give me money back or credit. It's the principle. Unfortunately, we don't know how many people he got over on. Don't order online. Okay pizza, everyone has had their food but this location the employees take care of you. They forgot the extra habanero sauce for my sandwich and when I called they not only brought it back out but gave me 3 extra and a 2lt bottle of Coke. Great service, hope they keep it up. read more

It's a pleasant Domino's to deal with. The employees are nice. The food is typical Domino's but the order is always right.

We order from this Dominos a lot. The food is always exactly what we ordered and expect from Dominos. Nice staff, too.

i order from this domino's pretty often. i always get delivery with no issues. i always get great quality pizza with efficient time. The order time that it should be here isn't always correct, but i can wait a little bit longer and my pizza is always still hot. read more

The workers are nice but the manager refused to let me request a driver although I have requested the same driver in the past. I questioned why and they shot me down very rudely and said it had to do with time. I told them it was fine if I needed to wait a little longer and they shot me down once more and in the end lost my business. Go to pappa johns people. read more
