We got a pizza from this place today and eating cardboard would have been better. There was no sauce on the pizza and it was horribly dry, a total waste of $11.99. Poorest excuse for a pizza I think I've ever had. How does this place stay in business selling crap like this. Never again! Columbos runs hot and cold, Audrey's is pretty good most of the time, but most of the other ones we've tried are just crap, expensive crap. Simple math is not what the manager can do!! They screwed up our last pizza gave a $20 coupon . I ordered 2 ~ $9.99 = 19.98 plus 6.99 which adds up to 26.97. - 20.00 coupon is $6.97. They charged me $36.98+10.99 = 47.97 . They then used the 20.00 coupon is. Then how is it I still paid $26.97 . I called and she says no you didnt have a coupon , I was here . Tasted good but was somewhat skimpy on the toppings even though I ordered "extra" cheese, "extra" mushrooms, etc. etc. I expect a quality pizza for $30. I thought they screwed up my order, and put cheese on it when I asked for no cheese, but in actuality I messed up the order, and forgot to unselect one of the cheese options. After realizing it was my fault I apologized and hung up. But Eric called me back and let me know he could send me free pizzas, or credit my account. This Store is absolutely horrible the employees are always changing, you're order will always be late or missing something or wrong it's always 1 of those 3 to lmao its so bad it's hilarious. Also had horrible experience with the drivers here most of them just use their phone for maps to get here so they have no idea where they're actually going (like most Dashers) they just follow a blue line and get pissy when there app takes them to a wrong area so be very specific for their slow brains. After a few years of utilizing this establishment I feel it's time to share. The pizza is generally good, service not so much. We usually order online and specify pie cut. Maybe one time out of ten they actually do that but mostly they Chicago cut. If you offer an option for your food but can't follow the instructions from your customers then why should we continue to buy from them (no question here just statement). Excellent online ordering layout very easy to personalize your order. They are fast and make quality pies and sandwiches and the drivers are prompt and friendly. I am never disappointed with their customer service my only complaint was this last order the wings have gone up in price and the wings delivered looked too tiny to even seem like chicken wings- perhaps just a sign of the times difficult to find products but everything was cooked perfectly. Placed an order online and everything on the ordered showed up - so that's great. The pizza toppings were hit and miss though - a pile of olives here but none over there, a smothering of sausage in the center but only a crumb or two around the outer edge. The biggest frustration and un-fixable problem was the sauce - puddles of sauce in some bites. All that, we ate it! I have been going to this location for many years. The delivery service is good about 1/2 the time. Lots of orders get messed up but when I call or walk in the store (with photos) they help make things right 99% of the time. Normally have issues with undercooked pizza or the cheese is all over the box. When requesting "well-done" 1/15 orders come out as undercooked. Other 14/15 come out as "done" but never "well-done." I would say if you are fine with expecting the orders to be messed up but getting future credit, then this is a good place. If you are picky about your pizza than get your pizza elsewhere. read more

We ordered here for dinner so we wouldn't have to go out after arriving in Bozeman. The gentleman on the phone was very nice and courteous and we experience no trouble with our ordering. Their rating is on average ( only 3 stars) but who cares its rate when you're starving at night! Honestly, it was surprising me when we was there. This Domino's usually treats me well. Well the other night I ordered a pasta bowl, the result was repulsive. I called and complained so they sent out another one. The second was equally repulsive. When I called to complain about the second one the owner told me, "Well I thought it looked better". Which means he actually saw how terrible the first one was, but sent it out anyway. Seriously one of the best places to get a quick pizza - I'm in no way saying this is better than some other local pizza places, but this is a good pizza when time is crunched. They've been great, and I haven't had any order issues (a sizable difference from Billings, MT!) They've been friendly, quick, and had great service. I just had two back to back bad experiences here. The latest was that I was delivered the wrong pizza (pineapple chicken, instead of the Works). It was too late at night to bother correcting it once I realized the mistake. My previous bad experience was a few weeks ago. I ordered a pizza for delivery, but discovered it was projected to take a few hours to delivery (!). I didn't realize that until after I placed my order, but that was my bad. But two hours in, I saw that it still wasn't being made, so I called the store... they said that they had no idea when my pizza would ever be made and delivered because the delivery drivers were tied up. Frustrated, I offered to pick it up myself, and they said they would get it started for me and have it ready in 20 min. I got to the store and waited, only to find out that they forgot about my order. I had to wait another 20+ min in my car, late at night, for it to arrive. That was a terrible experience (3 hrs to pick up a pizza??), but at least they did the right thing and gave me a refund. But after this second bad experience, I will be staying clear away. read more

However, when I was waiting inside for a pizza that I ordered 3 hours earlier, the employees were listening to horrible, offensive, screaming/dubstep music at a high volume. But late one Friday night (or early early Saturday morning), I was starving, and Dominoes was open for business. The guy who answered the phone was friendly and upbeat, and assured me that even though it was 20 minutes to closing time, my order was no problem. When I arrived to pick it up, the two people behind the counter, AND the delivery guy who just came in the side door greeted me with enthusiasm. The pizza was awesome. The crust was perfectly crispy outside and tender inside. Good sauce, and fresh toppings. Now, Dominoes is my go-to place (although I usually have it delivered).
