We got a free emergency pizza from Dominos for the first time yesterday. We got it home, opened the box to find a jagged misshapen pie. The edges were pinched . Then we tasted it and found that there was a hard crunch , so we looked at the underside and to our surprise we found it to be all pieced together. The crust was very dry and thin in spots and hard and crunchy in others where pieces had been pushed into it . I realize it was free but shouldn't it also be of the same quality? This was very disturbing, if crust was put together so sloppily what quality were the rest of the ingredients I wonder. Don't trust them anymore after this. Sorry Dominos but you really screwed up! read more

When you order through the Domino's mobile app, the Auburn location is the only one that delivered. The Lewiston location does not take online orders for delivery. I have had pretty good experiences with Dominos in the past, across the country, but this location for some reason misses on the quality side. They tend to get very busy and when they do, that's where I have seen the quality dip. I have ordered the all meat pizza many times and I remove the cheese because of a health condition. It was always good up until this one time where they obviously did not do a quality check because it looks like someone just poured grease all over the bottom of the box then laid the pizza on top of it. The amount of grease nearly soaked through the bottom of the box as you can see in the attached pictures. The pizza's flavor was good, but I used a good dozen napkins just to enjoy it because the bottom of every slide was greasy and dripping from the amount. I have since decided to order directly from Lewiston and pick it up myself so I can quality check the pizza before departing. read more

First of all, I ordered RIGHT before they closed, but they still accepted the order and got it to me in a timely manner. My reason for a review was actually about the service!! Whoever the female that was that was answering the phones late night on 6/14, she was AMAZING!! I called because I realized I hadn't gotten my root beer, which totally wasn't a huge deal because I ordered it to reach the minimum delivery. She was more than happy to add it to another future delivery , and actually offered to have someone drive it over. A ROOT BEER, 45 MINUTES AFTER THEY CLOSED. I've worked 13 years in restaurants, and THAT.. was some serious customer service. I can't even find that in fine dining restaurants around maine! Yes the pizza was great, but I will keep ordering because of the service, hands down. Wish I could tip her personally!! Thank you! read more

Haven't been to this dominos in a couple years. Decided to order a couple pizzas through the app. We got there and the app told us to text "here" when we arrived. If the pizza wasn't brought out within a certain amount of time we would be given the opportunity for a free pizza next time. The timer stopped at 50 seconds left and a girl came out and said the pizza would be done shortly? The pizzas never came out. I had to go in and ask for them 15 minutes later. Fuck that place, also no free pizza read more

I have had pizza from here twice, both times it has been screwed up. First time they didn't get the address right and I repeated 3 times, so the pizza was cold and really late by the time they realized they had the wrong address. This last time I ordered green pepper and onion pizza. What I ended up getting was a green pepper and pepperoni pizza. Not happy, but it was to late to call. Furthermore if they screw up they don't take care of the customer. I called the first and was told there was nothing they could do. Go figure. Not sure if I want to take anymore chances with Domino's. read more

Just drove back home after picking up three items I ordered online, one a sandwich, two a medium pizza and three a cheesy bread. After my 15 minute drive back home I open the boxes to find the 1. My sandwich isn't cut in half, no biggie I can fix that, 2. The cows must be on strike because my pizza hardly had any cheese on it and 3. Honey I shrunk the Kids must have been filming there because my cheesy bread didn't even fill 3/4 of the box. Disappointed, I called the location and spoke with a female manager and explained that I understood they are busy but quality control is still important and I still have to pay whether they make it right or wrong. She simply said ok and that she was sorry it happened. And the conversation was done. So now I'm here eating a uncheesy pizza, a shrunken cheesy bread and now thanks to a knife I had just for an occasion like this half a sandwich. Oh! And no marinara sauce, which I paid $1.00 for. My advice, look somewhere else. Portland pie in Brunswick will be my choice from now on. read more

This dominos pizza location at 62 School street is the worst in the country. I have never once complained about service or quality, but this place has proven to be so absolute atrocious that I've decided to be a "Karen" and start speaking up. I've worked fast food, I've worked retail, and the quality that consistently comes out of this location is unbelievable. The fact that the owners of this location are so absent that these things have been allowed to escalate to this level is abysmal. Do not even give this location a chance, they will screw it up not from inexperience or short handedness but from a level of negligence that can only be ignored when the standards of expectations are lowered beyond belief. Lewiston House of Pizza, Pizza Market, or Heathcos are all other locations nearby that have proven to have a reasonable level of quality and ethics, I'd recommend giving any one of them a try before gambling your nights dinner on this pathetic restaurant. read more

deliver driver Richard Leblond said to an Asian customer "stupid bitch, go back to china" all because she was 3 minuets late picking up her delivery order. That's very unprofessional and disgusting. read more

I was on my home from running errands after work, so i stopped in and placed an order for carry out. After paying I was told it would be 45 minutes. (By the way, for you people who try to call in an order, they pick up and hang up, if they are too busy for you. They cater to the online orders.) I ordered 2 large bacon and peperoni pizzas. When I finally got home I found I received 2 peperoni pizzas. NO BACON. One of the pizzas wasn't even cut, just left whole. There was no use calling to complain, and I worked 60 hours so I wasn't going to drive back to the store. I won't be going back for a long time if ever. JD read more

terrible staff I ordered a 16 piece garlic Parmesan wings and they gave me their garlic bites and it's pretty terrible service. If you ask me I called I was on hold for three minutes hung up called again and then I got right through to someone very bad customer service. read more

Stuffed cheesy bread was RAW DOUGH in the middle, and the pizza I ordered with double cheese had hardly any cheese at all. Also, both pizzas I ordered looked like they were cut by a three year old, and were cold. I also never received the marinara sauce I ordered, and this happens quite often. They charge for the sauces, so they should be delivered with the order. Overall, a huge disappointment, and will not order again. read more

I have no idea why the reviews for this Dominos are terrible. But that kinda seems like the atmosphere on Yelp. Anyways, this place is fantastic and I've never had a bad experience here. Check the Google reviews, because they show how it's better than it says here. This location is never a let down, and the staff is always fantastic. Use their coupons on the app or online to get good deals. read more

Great food, great staff. I have sampled almost their whole menu and have no complaints whatsoever. The drivers are courteous, the cashiers are always smiling. Business is always booming. Some of the best pizza in town. read more

I have nothing against Dominos in general but the Auburn location is a must miss. Most of the delivery drivers are jerks and there's always something missing from my order, like sodas, or heat. When I wait two hours for a pizza from half a mile away, I do not want to deal with an angry pizza delivery guy who is never going to return with the rest of the order I already paid for. read more

Placed my order online for delivery at 8:15, my order didn't get here until 9:20. When I called to ask where it was they said "oh it's just been delivered" this I know wasn't true as I was standing outside. When I called again and asked to speak to a manager she said "I'm sorry but we're running an hour behind, they should be there soon" I told her how long I was waiting and she stated "well what do you want me to do, cancel your order?" Umm no, I don't want you to cancel my order! Terrible customer service, the foods okay, definitely not that great to wait that long! read more

They always leave out the dipping sauce, for which YOU PAY EXTRA. I thought it was just a mistake, but it happened three times in a row. So I think they are commiting some type of fraud by saving money on the dipping sauce and not delivering it. This should be investigated. read more

When it comes to quality, for a chain, Domino's does pretty well. Overall, pizza is pretty good late at night, and the Pan Pizza is a whole new world. I definitely suggest getting a Pan Pizza (or two) if you're looking to get the most out of this chain pizza place. I've also experienced pretty friendly delivery people at this location, so please keep that up! read more

Worst "Pizza" in Maine. Worst Dominos location in the entire state. Employees are rude, pizza has a cardboard consistency and prices are a joke compared to competitors chains. I've been to this location once and will never waste time and money here again. Also, if you ever see their "drivers" on the road be careful. They are dangerous and have no clue how to drive. Extremely reckless Dominos drivers. read more

I order breadbowl pasta a lot. They seem to be getting smaller and smaller. They also seem to have a hard time useing the right amount of sauce. If I ask for 'normal' sauce, its like soup but if I ask for 'light' sauce, there's hardly any on there at all. The breadbowls deffinately were my favorite but aren't what they use to be. Smaller portions, one time I got one with no garlic on the crust, I've gotten them burnt, undercooked and incorrectly made. I ordered bacon and sausage on one last time I ordered, and only got bacon on it. I've also ordered sides of dipping sauces that I paid for but never received. Not impressed. And I don't know if she still works there or not, but if u order online and "Danielle" is making your food, it probably won't come out good. read more

Order placed at 6:35, with an estimate of 20-30 minutes. The tracker stated it left the restaurant at 6:55. The restaurant is a 5 minute drive from our home. Called at 7:20 to be sure hey we're not lost, was told the driver had 2 deliveries & was "almost there". Called back 10 minutes later, again was told the driver was "almost there" and "if it's cold, call us back" it finally arrived at 7:41. One of the pizza's was cold & burned. read more

This particular Domino's is not a very good store. My girlfriend and I decided to order out some pizza around 11:30, and once submitted, the computer quoted us 45-55 minutes. So, 12:00 comes by and I check on the status of our pizza, and to my surprise it hadn't even been started yet. So I call the store, and they rudely tell me that they're busy, short staffed, and that every order that night was taking 2+ hours. That my food will be "ready when it's ready." So, having to work this morning real early, waiting up until 1:30 for my pizza was not what I had intended to do when we ordered. So, afterwards I go outside to wait for them around 1:20 am when the pizza tracker says that "pizza has left the store" and I wait a solid 40 min in the cold before i check my pizza status again. Now, according to their website, my order had already arrived. Confused again, i once again called back, and I asked the lady working the phone her name and she refused to give it. Then, told me my pizza will "get there when it gets there," that they only have one driver, and he's taking 6 deliveries at a time. So, here I am in the freezing cold waiting for this pizza delivery driver who is supposedly on the way. When he finally arrives at 2:20, he requires me to physically take my own good out of his bag, then stands idle staring at me waiting for a tip. He leaves and I bring my food inside to the girlfriend and we begin to eat. The chicken is burnt, the sandwiches are burnt, the cheese sticks under-cooked and doughy. Needless to say, Domino's lost a customer last night. read more
