Worst Experience in a Long Time I had an incredibly disappointing experience at Buffalo Wild Wings on March 23, 2025. Three of us arrived at 2:00 PM, a typically slow time for restaurants, yet we still had to wait about 10 minutes just to be acknowledged by a server. We ordered two appetizers, and our server soon returned to take our entrée orders. Then, an entire hour passed with no food. When we finally asked about the delay, the server blamed the kitchen for being slow. When our food did arrive, both the appetizers and entrées came out at the same time--and everything was cold! The manager did offer to cook fresh fries and took $20 off the bill, but at that point, the damage was done. The overall service, wait time, and food quality were unacceptable. I went there last night I waited 1 hour and half for my food and it still came out cold . Even when the food was asked to be remade.

I wish there was an option for no stars. This was by far the worst dining experience I've had. First off the food was utterly repulsive. The wings were somehow dry and soggy at the same time and were served in an olympic sized pool of sauce. The tater-tots tasted like straight gravel. There were small dead flies in my ranch as well. Gross! There was a collection of napkins and puke in the sink in the bathroom. The waiters could be seen sneaking food off of customers plates and congregating, resulting in horrible service. The waitress also spilled water on me and didn't apologize, in-fact she got mad at me when I asked for help. This isn't even mentioning the food court like ambience and the reruns of fantasy football content from 2018. This makes me not even want to return to Auburn, let alone BWW. read more

I've been many times but never had a yelp. Went today, 230pm on a friday. Empty building. Sat at the bar, bartender dude was cool. No problem with the service, the food was ok, beer was beer. The problem I had however was, as I was at the bar with the other 9 people or so, a dude from Terminix walked in behind the bar, in clear view, wearing rubber gloves, and was placing large traps around the inside of the bar. I've personally never witnessed this at a restaurant. I looked around and of course everyone at the bar was stuffed in their cell phone so I was the only one who saw it. Call me crazy, but thought that was kinda bizarre. update - 2/8/2020 stopped in to watch the hockey game, their large projection screens had 40-50 dead fruit flies stuck to them. could barely follow the puck. disgusting. ordered french fries only to snack on, came out 25 mins later cold. this place is a dump. For someone who usually loves BWW, this was the worst experience of my life. We got seated and had to wait about 20 minutes to even be acknowledged. Good thing there was NFL on. My gosh! Our waiter, I would tell you his name except he hardly spoke two words to us, was absolutely awful. After he took our order, it took another 10 minutes just to get our drinks. Once our food came out, we had to ask 2 different people for sauces and did not receive them until we asked multiples times. At that point our food was already cold and almost gone. Ridiculous. Oh! And the best part is that we didn't even get napkins until we finished eating. Dont fear though, because we asked for our drinks to go from the manager because our waiter was so incompetent, and to our suprise the manager was incredibly rude. I am extremely disappointed in this service and restaurant as a whole. If I didn't think they had a damn good burger I wouldn't ever come back. That being said, this experience was a -5 stars for me however that is not an option, so a 1 will do for now. Very upset. read more

We have been fans of this location since they opened. The owner, Jake is very friendly and takes the time to talk with and get to know his customers. On our most recent visit, we experienced a quick turnaround on our food order and attentive service. The food is always served hot and tastes good. I would recommend just about anything on the menu. The only minor complaint I have is being charged for every extra side of dressing you ask for. I know they have a bottom line but most restaurants that I frequent don't charge for these little extras. Not enough to keep me away though. read more

If it wasn't for the basic kindly service of our waitress, this would be a 1 star review. There were multiple mistakes that were made during our time there. Two of our orders, at a four person table were incorrect. One was prepared incorrectly twice. One of our party ordered a plain cheeseburger and it was brought to our table with the works (lettuce, tomato) which were stated not to include during the initial order. Also, the person ordered potato wedges and were brought regular fries. When the mistake was noted, the plate was brought back to the kitchen where the lettuce and tomato were just removed from the burger. Ten minutes later, a whole new burger arrived at our table, unbeknownst to the server and our party. Another order asked for bacon and did not receive bacon. The fried pickles were undercooked and the loaded nachos were not loaded and had a meager amount of toppings in general. Overall, this was a disappointing visit. I slowly worked through the entire sauce and rub list at this location, so I'm pretty familiar with it. You know what you go here for. You want some wings and some drinks. Maybe watch a game you can't see at home. On all those counts, the Auburn BWW gets the job done. It's good. Not exceptional, not meh. I don't think I've ever been there when it wasn't busy despite no lack of trying. Parking's always tight and you're going to have to squeeze by somebody on the way to your table. You can get seated quickly, but it can take a bit for the waitstaff to get back to you. It never really looks like they're slacking, so perhaps the issue is they need more staff than the chain allows for. They have a ton of TVs and projectors, but the placement is such that it is possible to miss the channel you wanted to see if you're not on the right side of your table. read more

"Worst BWW I've ever been to". Started by my wife and myself getting seated by the Hostess, who was talking with the manager at the time. Sat at our table for 20 minutes and no service. The bartender was flirting with customer at bar. Bar back chatting B.S. with another customer. A table of 3 waitresses doing absolutely nothing but chatting. My wife finally frustrated with the crappy service spoke up. The bartender went to the table of waitresses and a groiup giggle began???? WTF......, still nothing. A pretty general spot to grab wings and a beer, really. It's a chain wing restaurant, so you should know what you're in for. What I love most about the Auburn BWW is that they consistently have good service. Our servers have always been pleasant and happy to accommodate anything that we may need. It's rare that we go on any day other than game day, so to have great service when the joint is pretty packed is awesome. We typically do see about 3-4 servers on game day, but there's never any confusion as to what's going on. Good job, guys! read more

First let me start by saying that I have been going to this very establishment for many years. I have always had a great experience whether sitting at the bar, or dining with friends and family. The staff here always makes you feel welcome and at home when you walk in those doors. I have been to several Buffalo Wild Wings and even met the owner of all the franchise in the New England area. I am completely amazed at how well all of them are managed and I can experience the same atmosphere no matter which franchise I am visiting. The food is great, waiters and waitresses are always friendly and busy busy. There are more TVs than I can count and there is very little chance you will miss any game that is being broadcasted on TV. Between the great food, drinks, selection of beer and a great sports and family atmosphere this is always the go-to dining spot for me. read more

In the past this was definitely one of our favorite places to eat, but the last few visits have not been good not so much the workers but the actual quality of food. I've noticed the rubber texture when ordering wings yuk. Not to mention my husband ordered he traditional flats and today his wings literally came with feathers barf! He took one bite from his food and we were all absolutely disgusted we couldn't finish our food. Mind you we paid $80 so that was a big disappointment.
