A great late night choice!! Was in town visiting family when all of a sudden hunger struck on my way back to my moms. Not wanting drive thru, I opted for Domino's. Ordered pickup online. Their website was pretty easy to maneuver. Clicked the "im here" button through my email link. They were outside handing me my pizza 1 min later!! Very unhappy with the service I received from this location. I placed an order for delivery at 11pm; a 12" thin crust with chicken and mushrooms and an Alfredo mushroom pasta. I signed up for order tracker and text message notification. At 11:33pm the tracker was still showing my order in prep. It definitely doesn't take 33 minutes to prep a 12" thin crust and a pasta. I also never received any text message notifications. It took this location an hour to deliver my order and I live maybe 6 minutes away. The pasta was burnt giving the entire dish a burnt flavor, and the past only had four very thin mushroom cuts. We threw the pasta away. The 12" thin crust pizza was cold and dry with almost no chicken and dry burnt mushrooms. The service and low quality food I received is completely unacceptable. The pizza was delicious, the crust was the perfect balance between soft and crunchy. My personal favorite was the cinnamon twist, especially with the frosting on top. This has to be one of my favorite pizza place ever! The service was really speedy. The ambiance was warm and welcoming, and the team members were very helpful. read more

Dominos on calumet sucks! And there management there is worst yet I waited an hour and a half for our order then I called to see where my order is they said oh it will take another 45 min , I told her to cancle the order and it would take a few more days for my money to go back on my card . I said you took it out rite away i want it back on my card today.. she said it wasnt her problem and she said it wasnt her problem that my kids had to be fed before bed time ..i put the order in at 3.41 and its 5.35 now...talk about unprofessional business i can see why they have law suits going !! Ordered at 6:06pm and was informed the driver was on the road after inspection. Unfortunately they didn't even make the pizza. "out on the road" was no longer there and it was now 7:07 pm. Called at 7:07 and was informed of such and was told the rest of my order was done but they forgot the pizza... was "out of the oven" at 6:15ish so 45plus minutes the rest of my order was chilling there... I asked if they would be re making the rest of my food too cause it had been so long and by now it wouldn't be as good... It's Domino's. The pizza is good. The customer service at this location is also good. I like wings. My wife decided to get me some traditional hot wings here. These wings have got to be the worst I have ever had. The sauce tasted like Tabasco, not a nice tangy buffalo flavor. The texture was awful, kind of like a breaded oyster. Super soggy wings, ick. Back in the day, I went through survival school in the Marine Corps. We ate cockroaches. I would rather have another go at one of those that try another of these wings.
