They wouldn't fix my order after leaving off the extra toppings I paid for. I even tried showing them before I walked out but she told me she made it herself then walked away without looking at it. If I order extra toppings, and paid for it I should get it. But I got a bs story about how the amount distributed goes down the more topping are on there. I had 2 topping on one side that was supposed to have the extra I paid for, then the extra cheese was not added. They didn't want to take the time to actually look at the pizza. I normally do not eat at domino's, but this place place smacked it out of the park. The pizza and garlic knot bites were amazing.

I've never seen such a clean restaurant. The ovens were immaculately clean. The floors, the corners, the vents and even the restrooms! As if that wasn't enough the staff was super friendly and attentive. Now here's the topper.... we eat pIzza 2-3 nights and the pizza, pasta and chicken were all prepared to perfection. I'm still in shock at how great the visit was. We actually live in a city that Dominos doesn't deliver to but we will be driving double the miles just to go to this particular Domino's due to how great the entire visit was! This store is significantly and consistently better than any other Domino's location that I have tried. Whether it's the employees, the management, the facility, or a combination of everything, the pizzas I order are always delicious while the sandwiches and pastas have been above average as well. I assumed that this was a result of Domino's new branding, but after trying some other locations while traveling, I've realized that the Lincolnton store is simply superior to others in the chain. I used to visit specialty pizza restaurants or even bake my own, but there really isn't any point to that when this Domino's is so good for such a reasonable price. read more

Called in an order, when we arrive to pick it up they don't have it at all. Don't remember my name or that I called so I have to wait for them to start my order over. What is the point in calling in if they can't get their act together and have my pizza ready when I get there?! This is why Little Caesars almost always gets my business. They were sorry they didn't know what happened but didn't offer any discount or anything for the trouble of having to wait so long. read more

The delivery man asked what I am doing and I said watching NBA basketball, he said "no way, what game" and engaged me in conversation. I love pizza, and I love convenience, so I've ordered from here at least once a month since 2009, but unfortunately I think I'm going to have to stop. The past 3 times I've ordered pizza (all within the last few weeks) I've received nearly-inedible to completely-inedible product. The last time, a few days ago, I ordered a simple cheese pizza, and when I received it I got a cold "pizza" that was just cheese and crust - no sauce! The time before that, they had completely CHARRED my pizza, I couldn't even bite into it - the crust was solid black and the pizza was a brick. The time before that, I ordered a normal pepperoni pizza and they sent me a thin crust square cut pepperoni in which the pieces were all piled on top of each other. Each of these times I've called and complained, and every time I've just been told "sorry, nothing we can do". I've never gotten a refund or a replacement pizza. So no more pizza from this Dominos for me. Management, if you're reading this and actually care about your customers, I'd take a look into your quality control and employees. read more
