The manager wandered around aimlessly picking at things and playing with a napkin instead of engaging with any guests or waiters. A majority of the wait staff were standing by the registers and bar talking and laughing instead of checking on any customers. The food was fairly good, a bit pricey, but not enough for us to return.

The girl behind the counter said the tea is fine and it's just the ice that makes it that way and then I said well can I get it with no ice and she said they aren't allowed to serve drinks without ice and she'd been there 5 years etc etc. I've never heard of that but I'm not from here so ok...so I asked for a lemonade instead. She goes to the back and I can hear her talking crap about me to another employee. She takes at least 3-4 minutes to come back with the lemonade and just sets it on the counter away from where I am and says nothing and walks away. I'm irritated by that point bit say "thanks for your hospitality" and she comes out and says something and I told her "you know I could hear you talking about me to your coworker" and she just responds with "yea". I told her the service there was horrible and walked out.
