One male employee was on the phone taking an order, and the female employee working this evening came up, clearly saw us waiting, and completely ignored us. Instead of asking if we had already been helped, she proceeded to take the order of the customer who had just walked up behind us. It was very frustrating and discourteous. We were actually about to walk out because of how we were treated, but fortunately the other employee finished his phone order and was able to help us. If you want customers to continue coming back, this employee could benefit from additional training in customer service and basic courtesy. A simple acknowledgment and asking whether we had already been helped would have made all the difference.

So this year, I finally decided to try it for MY birthday! The place is pretty big and spacious, we were seated upon arrival. Our server was okay, nothing special and food was okay too (mozzarella sticks were the best part though!). I got $16 off my meal but adding chicken and substituting spinach instead of broccoli felt like it brought it back up. We finished our entrees and was given a check (maybe they don't give you the dessert?). Anyways, I really wanted to like this place but it just didn't cut it for me, it just felt like another establishment. Maybe it was a bad day?

We had a 25-minute wait, but it flew by because they have outdoor seating and a online link where you can easily keep track of your spot in line. Once we sat down, the service and food completely delivered. I started with a cold beer while we waited for our pizzas, which were absolutely delicious. Don't skip the Eggplant Chips either--they were wonderfully nice and crispy!

The old pictures of Italy replaced by a spirit of Buford football, tv's over the bar. I ordered the 10" Vinnys special for me and she had the Mediterranean veggie pasta. The special was good but different the onions were red, and were white in years past and different flavor for sure but pretty good over all, the pizza dough was surely better. I would order it again. She liked her pasta but did not care for the forcoshia bread as it was a little doughy and not crisp on bottom. She would order the dish again. We finished off with a small cup of double chocolate gelato, very chocolatey wow. We would come back again.

The restaurant is cozy, welcoming, and very family-friendly. The food is amazing, and the portions are very generous. Each entrée comes with a side salad and garlic rolls. Honestly, the garlic rolls alone are worth coming back for. They are THAT good. So far, we've tried the Spaghetti à la Carbonara, Chicken Parmigiana, Chicken à la Casa, Calamari Pasta, and Blackened Chicken Pasta, and every dish has been delicious. I usually prefer creamy sauces because red sauces can sometimes be too acidic or overpowering, but their red sauce is so well balanced and flavorful. The veggies tasted fresh, and everything came out tasting homemade. We actually celebrated Mother's Day here, and even though they were extremely busy, the service was still excellent and attentive. Parking is easy since it is shared with other businesses, which is always a plus. I honestly have no complaints. My family and I absolutely love this place. This is quickly becoming one of our favorite spots, and we'll definitely be back! Sinceramente, no tengo ninguna queja. A mi familia y a mí nos encanta este lugar. Este se está convirtiendo rápidamente en uno de nuestros lugares favoritos, y definitivamente volveremos!

I had the caprese salad, which was fresh, flavorful, and exactly what you want from a classic done right. My mom went with the spaghetti carbonara and, as expected, it did not disappoint. Those of us who've been here before already knew what to expect, but watching someone experience it for the first time and love it just confirmed how consistently great this place is. The service really stood out too. The staff was friendly, attentive, and on top of everything. At one point, the table behind us accidentally dropped their pizza on the floor, and the waitress immediately took care of it and had a fresh one made without any hassle. That kind of customer service says a lot. Great food, great service, and a great experience all around. Already looking forward to our next visit.

Truthfully it was difficult to mix . They should either give a bigger bowl or mix beforehand because lettuce & croutons were falling on the table making it frustrating. We ordered shrimp Alfredo and chicken parm with a side of Alfredo sauce . Love that the shrimp was plump and big and the protion size was pretty good . Can't say the chicken parm Is the best I've ever had flavor wise but it was good definitely needed Salt pepper and Parmesan cheese would probably recommend that they broil it at the end to give the cheese more of a crust on top because as it cools down it was like eating globs of cheese . , the garlic knots were good . The staff was nice but our waiter was a little too talkative almost to the point of being disruptive it's one thing connecting before the meal but we were interrupted several times during our meal and he was talking about things that went beyond the food .
