Excellent same day service. The problem with the furnace was diagnosed quickly. Dave was able to restart the furnace and set it to work for several days until the part came to the supply center. The day the part arrived Dave and one of his guys installed it. The furnace now works and sounds like new. Due the the fact Domes installed the furnace and it was still under warranty there was no service charge for either visit to the home. We have used Domes heating for over 30 years and highly recommend them. They were called last Friday when our furnace went off and were out within the hour! Unfortunately after searching for parts, our 27 yr old furnace was not worth repairing, new one not much more than parts would have been and a lot safer and more energy efficient. They had new furnace installed in 2.5 hrs today and we are warm again! They have also installed our air conditioning and furnaces in other houses. It is not often at our age that we are left completely speechless in a good way with a customer service experience. We had 2 new furnaces installed 9 years ago by Domes. One of them was just not right and we have had a few service calls and parts replaced which is unusual for a brand new furnace. They came out Thursday because it wasn't running again. Mark looked and it and said it needed to be replaced. Dave called the next day and said he would get back to me (even though he just had surgery the day before). He called back Saturday and said they would be replacing the furnace no charge because they have never seen one deteriorate the way this one did. The manufacturer and Domes both stood by their product and their work. I am truly impressed!! We have been using them for a number of years and they installed both furnaces and AC units. They have always been honest, responsive and fairly priced in previous interactions but this was far above and beyond. I highly recommend Dome's Heating and cooling!!! read more

I called Domes heating after having a terrible experience with a different company for a problem with my tankless hot water system. Not only did they fix it, but I felt like I was their number one priority, which I am sure I was not but I felt like i was. They got here the next day and fixed it first thing in the morning. They also charged me what I feel like was a great price, not like the other company that was trying to charge me literally 6 times the amount. I highly recommend Domes. Called & left a message because they were late and I hadn't received a call saying they were going to be. Got a call back from Dave saying he was late & I was next on the list. I hesitated a second to decide if there would be time before I had to leave for a scheduled appointment. I said ok. Dave then proceeded to tell me to go find someone else and hung up on me. I understand delays happen but that doesn't constitute being rude. Lousy customer service. Go somewhere else for your heating & cooling needs. read more

We had a boiler put in our building. I was not given a receipt when I asked for one. I was not happy with the installation and had problem since the boiler was put in. I contacted Domes Heating for service and to fix the problem. They told me they would not warranty or service the boiler without a payment for service. The boiler was brand new, only 2 months old and installed incorrectly. They did not stand by their warranty or service. I had to contact another company to do the repairs. read more

I called this company after my furnace went out and was only blowing cold air, the guy showed up and I simply asked if he could take his boots off while walking to the basement as I'm a nurse and the pandemic we are currently in who knows what could be on the bottom of his boots that my kids and I would have to walk over, he got nasty and said no, never mind, have a good day and turned and left! I strongly recommend anyone else needing a heating and cooling company to not call this company! We are in the middle of a national and global pandemic and he had absolutely no humanity or compassion in him to help fix a furnace that's heating And keeping warm not only a nurse working the front lines , I'm also a Navy veteran as well as my two children who have to stay home at least until further notice! How disgusting and disgraceful of a company during this time to act like that to any other human let alone a nurse who puts herself in harms way as well as my family ! He would rather let us freeze then take his boots off or wear shoe covers! My fellow nurses and medical community of WNY go elsewhere for any of your heating and cooling needs! read more

My wife and I decided to update our tenant's hot water heater which was from 2004. Dave and Mark showed up early, which we were hoping, and they got right to work with smiles on their faces. They appreciated the fact that we had already emptied the hot water tank and moved things aside, in our basement, to give them room to work. We value their expertise and service and we are happy to go out of our way to make their important work just a little bit easier. They were even nice enough to replace a backflow preventer, which we had already purchased, on our radiant floor system.
