One of my go to clubbing spots in Midtown. They have great performances like Loud Luxury or other bands that have played here. In the summer, they have Midtown Beach Club on the roof, which is basically pool party and fun ambiance with music on their roof!

Abraham is an outstanding manager who clearly cares about customer service and representing the brand well. He was professional, respectful, and genuinely tried to help. He should be commended. I also want to recognize Tierra from security, who was courteous, professional, and treated us with kindness and respect throughout the situation. Unfortunately, my experience with Sabrina completely overshadowed the visit. I am currently handicapped and was seated at a table by the host. A short time later, our server came over and told my friends and me that if we wanted to remain at that table, we would have to pay $500. We were obviously not going to do that. Soon afterward, Sabrina came over and informed us that the $500 charge was incorrect, but then said we still couldn't remain at the table because it was reserved. No one could explain why we had been seated there in the first place. I politely asked whether we could simply be accommodated at another table. Sabrina's response was abrupt and dismissive. She told us "absolutely not" and said our only options were to stand at the bar, where there were no available seats, or leave. As someone who is currently handicapped, standing at a crowded bar was not a reasonable option. I understand that the World Cup has brought a large number of visitors into town and that restaurants are busy. However, that doesn't excuse treating customers with disrespect. As an Afro-Latino who lives in this city, I left feeling singled out and deeply disrespected by the way I was treated. Thankfully, Abraham stepped in and handled the situation with professionalism, and Tierra continued to treat us with courtesy and respect, but by then the damage had already been done. I won't be returning to this establishment, and I cannot recommend it based on my experience. Businesses can have busy nights and make mistakes, but how management responds to those mistakes is what customers remember. Unfortunately, this experience left me feeling unwelcome, dismissed, and disappointed.

Our drinks were not good at all. We sent them back and while it came back with a proper portion, the taste was still off and undrinkable. That alone set the tone. The food was even worse. It came out cold and lacked flavor to the point where we couldn't even finish it. We ended up just sharing fries, which were also cold. Service was another issue. Our waitress was not attentive, and it was difficult to get proper assistance throughout our visit. To top it all off, parking validation did not work, and we were charged $25 through LAZ Parking which added to the frustration. Overall, the experience did not match the expectations or pricing. I would not return or recommend.

You have to go up to the bar for all food and drink orders but the sales persons wee friendly and the drinks wee tasty and well balanced. It's dark inside but not too. The DJ knows what to play and her MC was lively and kept the crowd going! There is a $10 cover charge and $10 parking in the AC hotel lot.....see the MSR website. I can't help but think the owners here just want suck money out of the LGBTQ community, not provide an actually decent experience. Let's start with the basics. When I was here around Halloween last year, I had to use the bathroom. That was a big mistake. There was a drag show that night... MSR's response? To close the women's restroom and make it a drag prep room and then force people of all identities to use ONE restroom with ONE stall and a urinal. There was easily over 100 people in the building. You mean to tell me a LESBIAN BAR is providing ONE TOILET TO A TON OF WOMEN? Be fr. I had to wait in line with the door to the bathroom open just to use a gross toilet while men are walking in and out freely to use the urinal. Why am I being subjected to that??? Another major gripe that I have with MSR- they (illegally?) deny free water here. Maybe that has changed, the last time I was here was over the summer. But out of the like 5-6 times I have been at MSR, they've denied me cups of water every single time and the bartender insisted I have to buy bottled water. Isn't it against state law to do that in Georgia? What a truly terrible way to treat your patrons. They don't care about you. At all lol. I'm sure if they didn't have to live up to health department guidelines that conditions would be even worse. My sisters room gets business and attention because it's the only lesbian bar in this area. If (hopefully WHEN) another lesbian bar shows up on the Atlanta scene, MSR better count it's days. It's really sad and frustrating to me because I want to come here and have a good time but I just can't. As a patron I've had a bad or neutral experience every single time I went. The only reason last time was neutral was because I held my pee the whole time. I shouldn't have to do that. Please do better. This bar has no right being recognized as one of the last standing lesbian bars. If you're an entrepreneur and you're reading this, please start another lesbian bar here.

One of the biggest highlights was the variety of hookah options. They have a wide selection of flavors, and each one was smooth, fresh, and long-lasting. Everything was well-balanced, flavorful, and made with care. You can tell the bartenders know what they're doing, and the drink menu gives you a lot of options depending on your mood. The music was on point and kept the energy up, making it a fun place to party and vibe with friends. But the food situation was a mess. We were literally the first to order, and it still took over an hour for anything to come out. When it finally arrived, it was cold, oily, and smaller then a kids meal. The option was only chicken wings with fries and honestly not worth the wait or the price. The kitchen needs a serious reset. The price was a little over 25.00 including tax and a 20% required gratuity. One thing that really stood out with customer service was the assistant manager. She was incredibly helpful and accommodating, stepping in right away to apologize and genuinely trying to reconcile all the mishaps. Her professionalism made a big difference in an otherwise rough dining experience. I wish I knew her name but she was a black manager! Overall: awesome music, great bottle service, and good assistant manager--but eat before you come. The atmosphere delivers, but the food definitely doesn't.
