So we had a few different companies come out and provide estimates. We ultimately decided to go with Arizona Insulation Experts because the others couldn't match the value that they offered. They use a high quality product that never settles or degrades. They stand behind their workmanship. And their price could not be beat. And they are nice guys too. So we decided to go ahead and hire them. On the day of the job Armando and his team were promptly there at 7:00am ready to get to work. They were efficient, thorough and very tidy. I was very impressed with their quality of work. The had put up markers to indicate how deep the insulation is all over the attic so I could see how much they added. They also blew insulation up against my electrical switch, which the HVAC company caught. This could have resulted in a catastrophic fire. I compared all the options and chose blown‑in rockwool because 12 inches gives R‑49, compared to about R‑22 with spray foam. Both crews were great. The demo crew cleared out the old insulation and prepped the attic. The install crew put in the radiant barrier and the rockwool. They were tough, trustworthy, and respectful of my home. They kept the dust down, protected everything inside, and cleaned up afterward. They did solid work and I'd hire them again without hesitation.
