BF got the biscuits and gravy and the gravy not only had no sausage, it was only thickened with flour so it was grey looking and pretty bland without the meat au jus. They didn't make their own jam or butter (some diners have whipped or flavored butter), or real maple syrup. Ingredients were cheaper and prices are higher here than expected. I did like the space and the building. Parking lot was really cramped but there was plenty of seating inside and it was nicely lit. We came at a normal brunch time on a Sunday and did not have to wait long at all!

We started with the guacamole, then had the Camarones al Ajillo and Camarones a la Diabla for our entrées. The portions were generous, everything came out fresh, and the prices were very reasonable. As someone who was born and raised in Mexico and is also a chef, I naturally have high expectations when it comes to Mexican food. While it's not the exact style of authentic Mexican cuisine I grew up with, I still enjoyed the meal for what it is. The flavors were good, and I felt the quality matched the price.
