The scents are magical and you can tell they are made with love. Krystal is fantastic at helping you find the perfect item during your visit. A local Lush for Montclair. A magical place of bath bomb to showers bombs to perfumes from head to toe. I love the showers bombs, they used wild harvest witch hazel in theirs, love the citrus one and eucalyptus. The staff is sweet and helpful in everything you need. read more

Love love this little store I have been getting my Egyptian musk oil for several years now it's my must-have, while I've tried other scents such as the Amber and they're all terrific I just keep going back to Egyptian musk. my only complaint, which is why I gave it four stars, is when they switched to the opaque bottle so I can never tell when I'm almost out otherwise everything about this place is amazing. read more

DollyMoo is a treasure trove of essential products and scents that make you feel good about life. I was about to head there the end of March on a trip up from Georgia, but COVID-19 had other plans. I really can't say enough good things about Dolly Moo! I've been going there for a couple of years now it's like a hidden gem in Montclair. The staff are so sweet and helpful. I'm there on a monthly basis LOL I've Purchased a lot of Items as gifts and them put everything in bags with tissue paper for me. The Bath Bombs are almost too pretty to use. Body Butters smell Amazing!! And the Muscle Butter works so well it's the only thing my Niece uses! And the Moon Oil is Heavenly! read more

I am literally obsessed with this store and their service! I have very sensitive skin, since I have gotten older I have become almost allergic to every fragrant body wash, lotion, soup, etc. yet at DollyMoo I can use every product! I love their bath bombs, their lavender sheet spray, and their body oils so much that I started shipping them to friends (you can ship right from the store!!!). My best friend lives in Buffalo and is IN LOVE with DollyMoo so much that when she visits she HAS to go and shop. I can't say enough wonderful things. The owner is by far one of the sweetest women I have come across, and the staff is absolutely amazing. They are always so helpful and so nice. Dolly Moo is my favorite shop in Montclair. I make it a point to visit every time I go. The scents are amazing, the products are high quality, the variety is wonderful and -- most importantly -- the staff is so friendly and helpful. I always leave smiling. It's a great place to grab a holiday/birthday/whatever gift for a friend. I always find something I love! I especially recommend: The rollerball essential oil in honeysuckle (I use instead of perfume) The lilac oil (my favorite scent!) The seasonal soaps The sage bundles read more

Awesome cute little shop to grab gifts or 'treat yourself' body scrubs, bath bombs, body oils, lip balm, etc etc! I got a couple items as Christmas gifts and they were wrapped very nicely. There is a sink inside and many items open as testers. Nice to support local shops with great products! read more

Obsessed with this hidden gem! Amazing products, customer service and energy. After finding out about this place and shopping on their online store I finally went into the store today and was blown away. I was welcomed by Nikki and Diana; such helpful & pleasant gals. After falling in love with their bath bombs, scrubs, soaps, candles and lotions I decided to share the love with my family and close friends. I brought a bunch of gifts for them and Diana was so generous and wrapped everything for me. I am very confident that my friends and family are going to be as hooked as I am and they will join me as I become a regular at the DollyMoo. How cute is this store in the middle of Montclair? The shop is always revolving new products/scents by the season, it's essential to stop by often! If you can't get there enough-online is nice and easy and the shipping charges are super reasonable. These products are a real game changer. Makes you feel good inside and out. Wow what a jem this place is, i found it as i was walking by going to the book store i herd about it but i never went im not the spiritual bath tub type but let me tell you, I walked in small place looked like a alley way the woman was supper friendly and helpful. I didnt know what i was looking for the scent drew me in, i ended up with a body scrub, when i got home took a shower with it OMG amazing my skin felt like i was 21 again, so i went back (same day), same woman hooks me up with this whipped soap. Now im hooked i cant say enough about this place when you walk the calmess in the store brings youre sences to another level. I highly recomend this place to all my co workers who work amongst the elements get the scrub, and whipped soap you wont regret it. They also had a large assorment of bath bombs, oils and stuff like that if thats what youre into. Cant wait to go back..... read more

This place is life altering. I can not live my life anymore without mostly their whipped soap, and secondly, their body butter. So far my favorite scents have been Maboon Moon and Abalone and Sea. HIGHLY recommend. Literally incredible. The whippped soap has made the bumps on the back of my arms disappear when nothing else even helped. The smell lingers which is so nice. But the customer service is out of this world, they've even answered my IG question at 8pm once. read more

Love this store, it's like a local Lush, but better! I live only 3 blocks away from this store and have always meant to pop in over the last few months but never have. Earlier this week I FINALLY made it into this store and boy do I love it! Everything in here smells so lovely, it was hard to decide what I wanted to purchase. I wish I had a bathtub in my apartment because Dolly Moo had a really good selection of bath bombs. I ended up getting a bar of soap, some lip gloss, and the Himalayan Face Scrub which I was able to try in the store (it made my face SO SOFT). Definitely will be returning here once my products run out as the service here is very friendly and the products are good quality and smell great! read more

Dolly Moo's is a hidden spot in Montclair! You walk in and you're in awe at the space. It's tiny, but decorated so well and the luscious scents just embody you. I bought a few Christmas presents here, and there is SO much to choose from! The candles are luxurious, bath bombs to die for! The lady working beyond the counter was incredibly kind and helpful. She showed me a tinted moisturizer in ivory, and also tried a new eyeshadow, the 'just a sec' cool taupe, which I also loved, along with a new brown eyeliner. She showed me other products as well, but I these were the three items I bought during this visit. I was happily surprised when she bagged the products in a reusable Jones Road tote and even gave me a discount because I was staying at The George! I've seen so many beautiful products from Jones Road online and was genuinely excited to go into the store, see everything in person, and get some guidance on what might work for me. Unfortunately, the store was completely empty, and I was the only customer, yet I felt very rushed. The sales associate asked if I knew what I wanted. I told her I wasn't sure and mentioned that I was considering a particular foundation shade. She grabbed it, applied it to me, and then seemed ready to ring me up. She then asked if I was ready to check out. I said I wasn't sure, and I didn't receive any further guidance or suggestions. There was no effort to help me explore the other products, answer questions, or even ask what I was looking for in my makeup routine. That was really disappointing because I was actually interested in looking around and learning more about the brand. I wasn't expecting to walk in knowing exactly what I wanted--I was hoping the person working there would help me discover the products. I love what I see on Jones Road's website, but unfortunately, my in-store experience left me feeling rushed and unwelcome.

After waiting and having pictures of me taken on their ipad which I was not told the purpose for, I only had about a seven minute consultation with Maria. She ordered a specialized blood test panel for me. She told me during my visit that when they receive my bloodwork results, they will call me so I can come in and discuss them. I promptly got this done and received my results. I waited a few weeks to receive a call from the dermatologist office and did not hear from them at all. So I called them. They made me wait on hold for about 10 minutes and when I was finally the "first in line" their automated system then told me they cannot take my call at that time. So I called the next day. I asked if they received my bloodwork results. The woman who answered the phone checked and said that they did receive my results. I then asked if I can come in to discuss the results. She tells me that the provider that ordered it has not yet looked at it. Then she asked me if I would be fine talking about it over the phone and I said yes (although I initially hoped to speak to the doctor in person about my results and the next steps) and confirmed my number for them to call me, and she said that I will get a call. I never received the call. Considering that this is a dermatologist office that markets itself as "high end" and was also quite expensive even just the copay was well over 100 dollars (just for a very brief consultation) this kind of treatment is completely unprofessional. For a doctor to tell you confidently they will reach out to you to discuss a very important health matter and doesn't even look at your results NOR call you back is just unacceptable service. I was optimistic going to this doctor after struggling with this issue for a long time and going to many doctors and trying several different medications already, and had a very negative and unhelpful experience at Geria Dermatology . If you genuinely care about your health and want it taken seriously , I would not recommend this place.

We were offered artisanal tea and delicacies as our seating was arranged. Once at the bar, our Perfumer, Jordan, offered us a brief survey. While I answered honestly, I felt badly for Jordan because my taste in perfume is eclectic. I hate most scents, especially floral, and while I love fresh scents in my home - I certainly don't want to smell that way. I digress. Jordan was extremely patient and kind, making unique suggestions. Once our perfumes were complete, we were offered more tea, cookies, and time to unwind while we planned our next move. I really appreciated the luxury of having a moment to slow down, the kindness, and the overall experience. The only thing my best friend (a scientist) noted for improvement was a more detail about the notes and wear. I really loved my experience. It is my hope to coordinate a workshop for a larger group of women that I'm thankful for in the near future.

I have nooOOOooo business buying any more skincare than I already have, but whoop-de-doo. I walked past K-Beauty Outlet and folded. This location is in the Edgewater Marketplace Plaza. I was in heaven as soon as I walked in. First of all, the level of organization made my Virgo rising so happy LOL. The store is extremely easy to navigate. It's not difficult to find what you're looking for because everything is clearly labeled and organized by type: cleansers, serums, exfoliants, toners, sunscreens, moisturizers, sheet masks, etc. They have descriptions of what each product does and what skin types and concerns it's best for. Perfect, I don't even have to google anything on my phone hahaha. They have a mix of viral, trendy items you've seen all over social media, along with classic staples. They also sell hair care, body care, and makeup. Testers are available for everything! I HAVE to give a special shout out to Sophia. She was so incredibly helpful, knowledgable, and sweet. She has a background in esthetics and has a really great eye for color matching and style. She gave me the best recommendations for my skin concerns and even matched me with a new lip color and foundation. I was shook by how she took one look at me and was like, "Okay, this is your color and this is your match." She tested the makeup on me and... she was right!!! I really liked how everything looked! She was so fun to talk to--I wanted to be besties with her LOL. I ended up buying a few things she recommended and even got a complimentary sheet mask. They have a rewards program, so put your phone number in and rack up those goodies! The only thing I don't love is their return policy. They don't accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for in-store purchases. Online purchases have a 15 day window for returns, so just keep that in mind before you buy. They have locations in Fort Lee, East Rutherford, Edison, Woodbridge, and more. If you're in Edgewater, stop by and ask for Sophia!

The store always runs specials, too. Sometimes it's BOGO, other times it's a freebie added to your order. They also have a phone number rewards system, so you are getting perks as you shop. I had an extremely frustrating experience trying to get a clear and timely response from "Ben." I…read moream not sure whether he is the owner, manager, or simply the person responsible for customer service, because that was never made clear. However, if Ben is the owner, he is one of the worst business owners I have personally dealt with when it comes to communication and customer service. I originally emailed to request a change of address for my order. Instead of confirming whether the address had actually been updated, Ben responded only with, "sounds great." That is not an appropriate response to an important shipping request. I needed a direct answer explaining whether the address had been changed, whether additional information was required, or whether it was already too late to make the change. I did not receive a proper response to my original email until the following day, and by that time the order had already shipped. What made the situation even more disappointing was that I did not receive any meaningful response or action until after I posted a public review about my experience. Only after the review was posted did Ben respond and cancel my next order. While I appreciate that the future order was eventually canceled, it should not have taken a public review to receive basic customer service. It is difficult to understand how a business that reportedly started in 1998 could operate with this level of communication. Based on my experience, I find it hard to believe that an owner could treat customers this way and expect the business to last. Customers should not have to post negative reviews just to receive a response. A simple message such as, "Your address has been updated," or, "Unfortunately, the order has already shipped," would have avoided much of the confusion. Instead, I received a vague response after it was already too late, and my next order was canceled only after I publicly shared what happened. Whether Ben is the owner or the manager, this was some of the worst customer service I have dealt with, and I would not feel comfortable ordering from this business again.

Right on Broad Avenue, those who love the BTS/Kakao Friends love this place. You cannot leave the place without buying something !!!! They have everything from key chains, pillows, cell phone covers to umbrellas with each & every characters of Kakao Friends. On one shelf, there is of course the BTS-incorporated merchandise. When I asked how long the store has bee open, the clerk mentioned that the Face Shops owned by "her boss" is operated as such - Face Shop cosmetic & facial care together with Kakao Friends - in Manhattan and also in Queens.
