The woman, Wendy, who completed my service, cut my skin 5 times and did not apologize or address it once. She would file my nail so harsh against my skin & the tools she used made the wounds worse. I will always pay for a service I request and that's exactly what I did, I paid $115 for my service and I still tipped but I'm extremely disappointed and will not be returning.

U can apply on skin to hydrate & it can also be used in ur hair or as a leave in conditioner for ur hair. My hair tends to dry out fast bc it holds water after shampooing. I'm loving this product bc it leaves my skin moist w/ out being oily. I wish they had coffee beans container for ppl like me with allergies . After, I smell (2) of any fragrance I get blocked & can't smell anything else. So, coffee beans help to clear nostrils. Ijs Products r hand made, and it's family owned another Plus. I've tried numerous different products and ordered multiple times. I'm not a fan of the shower gels. They smell great and are adequately moisturizing but they are way too runny and watery in consistency. I'm not a fan of the soaps...too many chunky add ins leaving debris in their wake...not a fan of the perfume...too strong and very unpleasant smelling... My biggest issue is the poor order fulfillment process...way too slow and unreliable. Orders take way too long to come even when factoring in that they are small, hand made batches. I still have yet to receive an item from back in June (and it's October) even though I contacted her numerous times via email and phone. I rarely do reviews but this has gotten to be ridiculous. I even recommended her great body butter but no more...This is not acceptable and I've been patient and wanted to support her business. If you want to still buy items from her it better be in person or I would definitely not recommend it.
