I really enjoy coming to this Lush in WillowBrook Mall. The selections to choose from are amazing. The woman working in the store named Taylor provides great help. She is very knowledgeable about the products and helps with narrowing down on what to buy for my skincare needs. I highly recommend stopping by if you're looking for skincare products. I love lush, they have so many amazing spelling products with great braces. I'm addicted to their scrubbie shower, exfoliate not only does it smell amazing but it makes your skin feel like silk! I also love their dream cream. I have psoriasis and it helps to heal it when I use it, which is eight miracles and me because I've never found a product that has worked this well that wasn't prescription.. read more

I recently had my daughter's birthday party here at the Willowbrook Mall location. Logan and Taylor were our party hosts and they were amazing! They were welcoming when we first arrived to set up (they allowed us in early and were very energetic from the start)! They planned games for the group of 7 year olds, showed patience, and made the party a hit! LUSH cosmetics is very lucky to have employees such as these two women representing their brand! I've been to various Lush stores, yet this is the only location that I dread coming to. I visit this one because it is more convenient for me, but it's nearly impossible for me to make a quick trip without being relentlessly questioned by employees. While one particular review left on Yelp is racing to be the white knight of this Lush, I disagree wholeheartedly with the failed logic behind it. If the management at this location feel that customers need to be constantly bombarded by the staff, then this is why we need to leave reviews to make them aware that it's not a service that works. This is also the only Lush that I've had these negative experiences with, whereas my other trips have been pleasant and enjoyable. read more

I love this store. The employees always greet me with a smile, they're really very helpful. I go there for my supplies every 3 months. I love the shampoo bar in "honey I washed my hair" it suits me a lot. I've been using it for years. I also use their Rose Jam shower gel and their biggest bottle lasts me for a good 9 months. I also use their American Cream shower gel which smells yummy! I enjoy soaking in their bath bombs & Sex Bomb is my absolute favorite. It's always a quick in & out because I know what I want but sometimes I'll stop and listen to the employee suggestions. read more

This is a colorful store that has lots of choices for both bath bombs and bath bars that are cute a well as creative. For the price, they are pretty well sized, but I haven't compared enough stores yet to be an expert. Customer service has been pretty good as they usually ask us pretty quick if we need any help and their demo of the products is nice if you have no idea about these items. read more

This is one of my top two favorite lush stores . The associates are Always extra helpful and friendly, and they are typically willing to demonstrate multiple products, where as other stores will say "sorry we already did a demo" the employees here are typically extremely accommodating, and will either do another demo for you, or find something for your kid to touch/squish /be occupied with so that you can shop. The employees are also notably helpful and accommodating to adult shoppers, which is the cherry on top of a great shopping experience . Even though I don't ever "need" anything Lush carries, this is my go to destination to pick up gifts or something when it's a "treat yourself" day. read more

My reviews about LUSH products are mixed. I shop at LUSH primarily for bath bombs. Their bath bombs are far superior to any other company's I have tried. I typically do not shop for other products here, as I feel like I can get the same quality for less elsewhere. My main complaint about this location is the staff. It is impossible to go into this store just to browse. The second you walk in, the staff members bombard you with questions and sales pitches. After managing to escape one salesperson, another is inevitably not far behind. The overbearing staff makes me want to steer clear of this store when at Willowbrook. read more

I absolutely love lush, its products and their whole "green" outlook. This lush is large compare to other ones nearby. However. God. The staff. They are so overwhelming and overbearing. I had one girl, little on the heavier side, short hair and glasses. Would not leave me alone even when I told her I wanted to just browse. I even tried leaving the area and she would follow me. I had to text my boyfriend to come into the store so I can talk to him instead of her. Then she finally left me alone and 5 minutes later returned telling me she's gonna do a demo. Like no. Stop. Please. I really almost wanted to put all the stuff back and leave without purchasing anything. Please re train your employees not to be so overbearing. I came in the store looking for foot lotion and boy was I blown away! Michael immediately came up to me asking if I needed any help. At first, I tried to blow him off saying "Can you point me to the foot lotion." I was on my phone, obviously I was being distant. He gives me a short answer and walks straight to the section. He asks me if I'd like to try and I agree. He put the lotion on my hands and proceeds to give me THE BEST HAND MASSAGE OF MY LIFE. It was just what I needed after a long day of mouse clicking! Not only did he engage with the customer but he wasn't overly pushy and his persistence and willingness to go the extra mile caught my eye! Of course I liked the overly priced foot cream so I put it on my wish list and settled for a face mask. But because of Michael this is my go to Lush location! read more

It's to be noted that if you intend on purchasing from Lush, it will cost you more than your average bath/body product. Some may say that their prices are worth it, since they make all their items will "all natural" ingredients. It's your choice whether or not you want to pay the extra buck just to have an all-natural product. I feel that some of the products are more "fun" than anything, and very few of them actually accomplish something that your run of the mill traditional bath/body product won't. That being said, this location has its ups and downs. hence the three-star average review. a plus is that this location is much bigger than other Lush stores. I usually come in here for two reasons- 1) to pick up something specific that I researched online, read reviews for. 2) to smell and browse any new seasonal products. However, it's extremely difficult to do either of those things when salespeople are hovering over you. Within 5 seconds of being in the store, a salesperson will come up to you and ask what you are shopping for. If you know exactly what you want, they will try to give you some type of salespitch to buy another product that you'll "surely love!" Then once you've gotten rid of that salesperson, another will come over and try recommending another product! I'm not sure if they make commission, or if it's just part of their training, but it's very hard to just get in and get out, or to just peacefully browse for this reason. While the associates are kind, it would be considerate of them to back off once you say you're just browsing or that you don't need help. Go on a weekend when the store is busy so there's less of a chance you'll be harassed by the associates. read more

I wanted to come to Lush today to pick up some things for Valentines Day. Before I left my house, I found out that one of my family members had just been diagnosed with brain cancer. I went to the mall extremely upset but as soon as I walked into Lush my day was completely turned around. I was assisted by an employee named Ariel, who helped me choose which products I wanted for almost an hour! She even let me test all of them. I ended up buying a few things and left the store with a smile on my face. Ariel obviously had no idea what was going on in my personal life but she had the power to change my mood with her positive energy. Thank you Ariel!! The new store is not only HUGE, probably the largest in NJ, and one of the largest in the US, but the helpers are very engaging and will go above and beyond to assist. This location is actually the closest one to me and being someone that has never been to LUSH before.... I actually was interested in their shampoo bars. The sales associates there were very helpful and did on-sight demos of the products and were very informed of their products which actually made me happy. The prices though is something that could turn me away. They are a bit on the pricey side. read more

I am a longtime fan of Lush products so naturally I was excited to visit the brand new Willowbrook location this weekend. The store is pretty large and a bit more spacious than some of the other stores at other local malls. Everything looked wonderful and there was plenty of staff on the floor. I checked out the website before going to the store so I knew exactly what gift item I wanted to buy when I got there. My one and only gripe with Lush in general is the amount of staff that try to help you. I understand it is their job to sell but they practically hold your hand and read every product description to you. I can read. Sometimes I just want to be left alone but the staff at Lush are just really a bit pushy, aggressive and overbearing. If you tell them you are just browsing it will be less than a minute before another employee asks you if you need help again. It's like they are competing with each other for your attention/commission and it personally makes me want to leave. It seems like I have to choose between ridiculous shipping charges or biting the bullet and letting 4 different employees accost me at the store while loud pop music plays. It's overwhelming. Sadly I can't say anything good about this store. I went in the other day to restock on some essentials. I knew exactly what I needed. I wanted to be in and out. But as soon as I walked in I was accosted by an associate. I told her that I knew exactly what I wanted and that I was okay. She smiled and let me go but not a minute later she was back trying to start up a conversation about what I use and trying to sell me new things. I told her again that I didn't need help. Again she went away after a smile and apology. I just grabbed my shampoo when a different associate came over with the first one to try to sell me again. I had to put my stuff down and walk out.
