All TIME WORST SERVICE they will ignore you until you give up the refund. I think this company is deceiving its customers. I paid for the upgraded shipping and didn't receive the product within the timeframe, and when I complained about it, they said they would refund the shipping fee if it didn't get delivered by that evening. The package didn't arrive by that evening and I immediately notified them. Then they removed the phrase "Delivery in 2-4 Days" from their website and refused to refund the shipping fee. I couldn't wear it for Halloween because I didn't receive it in the time frame they stated. Is this company reliable? Went to the sample sale here with my gf and it was absolute CHAOS. Bins and bins and bins of mixed clothes in total disarray--things were labeled, but any adherence to that labeling system was long forgotten by the time I got there. I've been to a few sample sales and I'm used to some level of disarray, but I haven't quite seen one as disorganized as this one. Shirts were all piled into cardboard boxes and finding anything required you to stand over a heaping pile and go through articles one by one looking for something you might like in your size. The store is not that big. Looks huge on pictures, but space isn't that big. It's comparable to a mall store size. Considering my 2 girls and I drove an hour one way to the store, I think next time we will just order for delivery. The stuff they have is great for festivals though. read more

I came to the store yesterday where I was looking for some gift for my girlfriend since she loves this brand. One of the managers I believe named Penny helped me out not only in suggestions for my gf but also she was like like on top of her shit & going above and beyond. THIS STORE STOLE OVER A THOUSAND DOLLARS FROM ME: I had an order for over a thousand dollars. I accidentally placed it twice. I realized quickly after the second order was placed that it was a mistake. I reached out to cancel it, they said "they don't do cancellations." I waited for the very large shipment and returned it in store here in LA. They said "we don't do refunds, just store credit." I pushed back and they said "You can ask customer service for a refund." I then got two emails shortly after leaving the store with "store credit" that said "use the code to use your store credit." (It was two returns). One email, for the 45 dollar return had the code. The second, which was 1200+ dollars, had no code. I reached out via email three times asking for a refund before getting a response that said "You got the return store credit code!" and they proceeded to give me the code for the 45 dollar order that I already had. Absolutely nothing about the large order. No info, no refund, and no code. When I finally DID hear back, the "supervisor" Austin was rude and said "he will make an exception to their policy but charge a 15% restocking fee." And then said that the code I got included the over $1000 in store credit... it didn't. Of course. I tested it. And wouldn't you know?! It only covered the 45 dollars. Horrific customer service is an understatement. Their phone doesn't ring, it just beeps and hangs up. This isn't the first time they've done something like this. Their ethics financially seem to align with their other moral issues they've been called out for many times in the past. I now have to call my bank and get the charges removed because they are prone to stealing. If you have to get something here, don't bother trying to get refunds or returns. ridiculous. This store is a mess and the customer service is just completely awful. I ordered for pick up which said online it would be ready the next day and I've now gone 3 times on 3 different days (driving an hour from my house each time) and every time they tell me the order has not even been shipped yet, regardless of me having emails saying otherwise. The "manager" was rude to me on multiple occasions, the first day I had just walked in and I asked her where to go for pick up and she said "ITS OVER THERE I SAID THAT THREE TIMES ALEADY" (I had literally just walked in and obviously wasn't there when she said it before) and the next time I saw her she told me it was my fault that I didn't have my order yet because I should've ordered my clothes a month in advance like everyone else. She's a nasty person and should not be in charge. Also don't even bother calling them their phone doesn't work. Being on the East Coast, I shop online. Today I placed an order before noon for approx. $100. I can back to my desk about an hour later and looked at the website again and everything I had just bought was 50% off. I checked my order status and nothing had been shipped. I immediately reached out to customer service to see if could either get the pricing adjusted or cancel the original order so I could reorder and was told basically "tough luck" and to sign up for email sale alerts (I already am). I was then told about the return policy in agonizing detail like I was going to try and scam them. Such bad business practices. I literally placed my order and called them about it within the space of 60-90 minutes - not 60 days or 6 days or even 6 hours! I have a gift card for $130 that I would rather throw away then spend another dollar here. There are so many hundreds of places online that sell the same type of items, I would rather deal with a company that has some sense of customer service and better business practices. Brunette cashier=bully :( ADVICE AND DIRECTIONS for those coming to pick up an order- don't ask the employees any questions LOL. Here's the layout: online pickup area is at the back-left, the fitting rooms at the back-center, and cash register at the back-right. You can try on your online order in the fitting rooms, and complete any returns (for store credit unfortunately) at the cash register on the same day! Also there is no parking lot, but metered parking along the street. Be prepared to walk a couple blocks. Here's what happened: I don't normally write reviews but I had a terrible experience with my in-store pickup which left me feeling very sad and embarrassed... After receiving my box, I asked to try on my items and was told to go to the fitting room. I asked the woman (dark-haired white-passing/Hispanic(?)) at the front desk where to go. She saw that I was struggling to carry my box, and told me that the fitting rooms were upstairs... I didn't catch that she was poking fun at me, so I went upstairs and was super confused and flustered. Needless to say I asked around and a different employee sent me to the right place. Another male employee was much kinder and complimented a lot of the stuff I was trying on/deciding to keep. It wasn't until I walked past the desk on my way out that I saw the cashier smirking at me, and realized she gave me the wrong directions on purpose. To clarify, I very genuinely do not think I did anything to bring this on. I was dressed normally and was friendly when I approached the desk... It was just close to closing hours, there were a lot of people in the store, and the cashier was just 'over it' by the time I asked her where the fitting rooms were (and yes, maybe it was a dumb question considering the rooms are right by the register, but I don't think I deserved to be tricked).
