Was conned into upgrading to Executive membership when I went to redeem the membership I'd already paid for. Was promised certain coupons "that would pay for the upgrade." What was not mentioned was a whole string of conditions on using the coupons, which resulted in paying more for what I purchased using the coupons than I would have paid for the same items at an ordinary grocery store without any discount. I made my first shopping trip in person today, and it will be my last. I am horrified that management apparently trains its staff to abuse seniors with disabilities!! Gas was slightly cheaper than at other places, but only by 3 cents, and there was a 20 minute wait at the pump and then the customer behind me screaming abuse because the process of getting out a walked and positioning it so I can sit on it while filling my gas tank apparently took too long. The inside of the store is downright dangerous, I must have sustained at least 2 dozen bruises. If it was possible to get a refund on my membership, I would do so. As it is, I will never enter the store again, and will cancel my credit card and get a new one so Costco cannot automatically renew my membership when this one expires.

None of the electronics stores sell electronics that I like nor the watch stores sell the watches that I like. I can't buy a Casio Edifice watch from here. I can't buy Sony Xperia smartphones from here. Also because I use Sony Xperia, none of the lame phone repair stores here want to ever fix my phone even if I am willing to pay money for them to do their jobs. They just suck and don't want to. The food court has the worst variety of restaurants I've ever seen. Regarding the sunglasses, nobody here sells Bottega Veneta sunglasses. I wish Seen Vision Care remained here. That store is 10 times better in terms of variety than the garbage Sunglass Hut. Because they have way more variety. I replaced them and continued to have issues. I then spent $60 on a part that did not fix it. The other part I need is another $75. Then asking again and I was treated awful. They refused to help at all and claimed to not have the part. I have attached the pics of my conversation. The claim that I was allowed to fully test in store is also false. A man stood there holding the power cord and extension cord and after 3 seconds of it being on started saying everything looks good.
