Metro likes to value themselves as a higher end grocery store and offer the best products, more on the expensive side, and they don't price match, so I find if this is your regular grocery store, you are paying a bit more than others. This location is not a Metro Plus location, so it doesn't have fresh made pizza's or sushi, but does offer a small selection of such, but they do offer an arrange of fresh meats, fish, salads, soups, and ready to eat meals as well as fresh bakery goods. This location carries my absolute favourite pasta salad - pasta, arugula and feta salad. Their are no self registers at this location, the staff are usually fairly nice, but don't like to communicate and try to get out out as quickly as possible making very little eye contact. Overall, great location in a very small, dead mall, reasons to come back: the pasta salad.

Even when you don't find exactly what you're looking for, it's hard to leave empty-handed here. The staff was okay -- not especially warm, but not rude either. Overall, I'd recommend this location if you're in the city and looking for a healthier grocery store with plenty of options.

I had seen these on the internet and found these once in London, but I hadn't seem them in a while, and at Multifoods, they have a vast selection of these candies you can make. I had opted for a pear & arugula salad which was absolutely delicious; I had also picked up a caesar salad for my brother in law as well as some chocolate chip cookies! Since Remark is a higher end market, the prices are on the higher side, they're local so they don't price match, but they do carry local produce and meat from local farms, so if you're looking for a discount, this won't be your grocery store. They have Indian sweets too but I don't know the names of anything. The carrot thing is delicious, but the mango ones are really gross. How's that for an apt description of what to get?? The quickest in and out is early morning and Friday during evening prayer. The customers are all that is best about our community--Yemini, Bengali, Polish, the cops and firefighters, and little ole Irish me!
