While they may not carry many of the staples you would find in a regular grocery store, they do always have something comparable at a crazy good price. We picked up some ground beef for our dinner that night at much less than the other grocery stores in Watsonville were offering. The store was clean and pretty well organized. It was busy when we visited, but parking and checkout lines were still reasonable. Really nothing bad to say about this location or really any GO location I have ever visited. Lately I've been shopping at this particular Ross department store I've found a lot of collectible Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles figures made by Neca, plus various Nike products here, today I found a nice pair of Nike running shoes which are normally $100, I got them for $60. This store has been really good to me the last few months. Customer service here has been really awesome. I had to make an exchange (without any hassle) the women working who made the exchange made it easy which I didn't expect, most Ross stores make you feel like an inconvenience if you try to return or exchange something (even if you have the receipt) Overall great time, great finds. Keep up the great work and thank you for the hospitality!
