However, that's not true because we just shopped here. I submitted edits to Yelp to remove "by Simon Property Group" from the business name and reopen the listing. Hopefully, by the time you read this, the listing will be open again. According to a January 25, 2016 article by Chain Store Age, Simon Property Group sold "Columbia Gorge Premium Outlets" to New York-based Time Equities Inc. According to TEI, the 164,236-sf outlet mall "is 87% leased to 37 tenants. We stayed in the city and took a day trip to hike in the nearby Columbia River Gorge National Scenic Area. We stopped by this outlet mall to pick up some items for hiking. For example, someone bought a shirt from the Columbia Factory Store and another person got shoes (sneakers) from Famous Footwear Outlet. This outlet mall is conveniently located right off I-84 exit 17 (Marine Drive / 257th Avenue) in Troutdale, Oregon. Troutdale is a suburb of Portland. The two cities are about 16 miles apart and both are located in Multnomah County. The outlet mall is about halfway between Portland and where we hiked (Wahkeena Falls). Great location for what we needed. Columbia Gorge Outlets is one of the smaller outlet malls I've visited. The size and look of it is more akin to a typical American suburban shopping center than a sprawling outlet mall. In terms of appearance and amenities, it was pretty standard. Before heading out, a few of us used the restrooms by the mall's offices on the south side of the property. Overall, the property was clean and expectedly peaceful and quiet during our visit on a Friday morning around 10:38am.

Still, my wife and I were both blown away by the density of both vendors and goods for sale here. Everything from clothes and shoes, to toys, electronics, phone accessories, fabric, anime tchotchkes, games, collectibles, DVDs and probably a whole lot more than we missed, can be found on display, tucked away, or hanging over head. We've already resolved to do some of this year's Christmas shopping here, that's for sure! And that's not even getting into all the food, desserts and beverages available here. My Spanish is too poor, and my wandering eye too unfocused to describe all the wonders I saw being served up, so I won't even try. Except the grilled corn on the cob. I saw that, I wanted it, I didn't get it, and I will rectify this travesty during a future visit.

We purchased 2 chairs from them with one being available immediately. The other we were told was…read morebeing sent from out of state. When it arrived we went to pick up and noticed both arms were busted. They offered to have another one sent from out of state. After weeks of waiting they informed us they were never going to receive the chair. Frustrated, we returned the first chair and decided to re-do the room with all new furniture. We purchased 2 sets of the exact same couch and chair. Both the chairs were mismatched. One of the large couches was missing a leg. I contacted Laurie the sales rep we had been working with. He said he would work on finding the leg and identifying the issue. After two weeks and a few check-in's we heard nothing. Finally, I messaged again and Laurie said he no longer worked there. This issue was never resolved. Through the entire process I have had to be the one to reach out, they have never once followed up with us, nor did they come up with a solution or a credit back. I would not recommend using them.

So you might find that random you're looking for or if you certainly care about price. I myself was asked to leave or carry my service animal and was told they don't allow "pets" I think it's fair to say that a service animal is yes a pet but also a huge need for the disability community as well. It's clear I cannot carry my service animal throughout the store while I shop and as I told them service animal they did not follow the correct procedure for this and will be contacting the ALCU and hopefully they can get educated about it. So I'm giving this business a huge thumbs down due to there lack of understanding and failure to comply with regulations in Oregon as a business in a prominent city of Oregon

The downtown strip is a joy to walk down, and folks shopping for antiques will be pleased to see that there are a number of related businesses nearby (furniture, home goods, specialty items, even another antiques shop!) Inside the shop, everything is actually what you think of when you think "antique." Sometimes I feel that the places I try to shop for vintage/antique items are too polished now. I love the almost museum-like feeling of a shop that is crowded and full from floor to ceiling with treasures to be uncovered. The merchandise itself is VERY fairly priced. I found several beautiful pieces of jewelry for just a couple bucks each (a broach and two strands of fake pearls) and the higher quality jewelry available for purchase (i.e. real stones and pure metals) were also incredibly reasonable. I was blown away, actually, by the pricing. I have found that the thrift/vintage stores in downtown Portland are willing to gouge prices and are barely worth the work sometimes. This was NOT the case here, and I highly recommend you make the drive-- the bang-for-your-buck pays off. The person at the checkout was very friendly. She greeted us when we entered (and greeted every person who entered the store), was sweet and chatty during checkout, and didn't lose her cool even when a rowdy bunch of kids and a couple with a barkey dog were running around. This is the best antique experience I have had in ages, and I am so glad I went! I will return again.

The parking lot is huge Commerce you don't have to worry about finding a good parking spot. They have their own security operation, and it always feels very safe. Gresham Station is few yards from one of the max stops which makes it very convenient. The north side of the station is surrounded by a green belt which is nice and peaceful. It is well lit at night, so it is a good place to go for a walk.
