We went here once and it's a good place to get some of the items at dirt cheap prices. We didn't…read morepurchase much since the things we needed had a health aspect and you want to be sure about the product quality. However, it was good to explore. The store is reasonably well organized - of course, people end up trashing things here and there after checking instead of putting it back to its original place which created a bit of chaos. The parking outside is good but if not available one can always park on the plaza opposite side of the road.

Check the box and you will notice that everything is replicated to match the original with the exception that the 'FINISHING TOUCH' BRANDING IS NOTICEABLY MISSING on the ones being sold here, that is why it is $5.99. (They falsely advertise it like the real thing, listing its regular / retail cost as $29.99) I unfortunately and wrongfully assumed that they would be selling legitimate brands / items and just purchased a couple of items from them but upon close examination of the Flawless hair remover and comparing it to the real one after I came home, I realized I had been bamboozled and I now question and have to double check everything else I purchased from them. Not that I can return anything because of their "all sales are final" policy. I took the time to write this to caution the public so others are aware as I would have liked to be prior to visiting this place. As I mentioned, this was the first item I checked; I am still yet to closely examine / verify the other "branded" items I purchased from them.

A couple of Mondays ago, I was driving over to Mississauga on highway 409, not too far away from my…read moreworkplace. I had the day off. I noticed a text message appear on my phone. My car takes text messages and reads them to me. This one said that all laptops worldwide were down and to not reboot them. It seemed like an ominous, suspicious scam, but maybe not. I took the next ramp off the highway, which was Islington. I do miss this area. I used to stay at the Delta. I don't know what happened, but the hotel looks like it's permanently closed. It's such a shame, as I loved staying at this hotel. Just north of this hotel is a plaza with a Walmart and Scotiabank. I pulled in and parked in front of this Dollarama. The emergency broadcast text was legitimate. It was from my employer, but it never stated that detail. I looked at the incident number in the text message and I recognized it as being an internal one. I logged on to my work e-mail on my phone and it was indeed a valid issue. Luckily, I was off from work. This broadcast text kind of ruined my not logging on to check my messages, but it would have been stressful trying to do work when you can't. Anyway, since I was parked in front of this Dollarama, I might as well go in and check it out, right? Right! This dollar store is decent. I saw mini Star Wars oven mitts that were cool. I didn't need any. If I did, I'd get the pair with R2-D2 and Grogu. I'm glad that I stopped by. I got sugar-free chocolate orange mints. I tried them when I got home and they are yummy. The candy aisle is extensive. I also needed cotton swabs. I got a package of 500. It's my first time getting them at a dollar store. I hope they are good. The phone accessories are cool. I enjoy looking at them. I also like the food and drinks aisle. I picked up a small bottle of Diet Pepsi. It's oddly priced at 87 cents. This store has self-checkout kiosks. I still like interacting with a human being. I got a nice woman who helped cash me out. She asked if I needed a bag. I didn't and saved one. I paid with my debit card. All done! I wished this woman a nice day an left with my purchases. There is plenty of parking in this plaza. I was here at around 10:30 am. It wasn't packed, but it did have a fair number of shoppers in the store. I enjoyed shopping at this Dollarama. I'd return when I'm in the area again. (317)

Staffs are willing to help you look for things. They are patient to when you forget something and you run back to get it (that's usually me). For some reason whenever I come here I find new items (why don't you take a look at the pictures I posted). I recommend coming here. There are lots of free parking spaces even on the weekends.

Dr. Flea's Market Review…read more Dr. Flea's Market is a vibrant hub with a wide variety of stalls offering everything from clothing, hardware, and supplements to IPTV and international beauty products. I truly enjoyed exploring the cultural mix--especially the food! I treated myself to an incredible spread: refreshing jackfruit, soursop, and sugarcane juices; flavourful Trini dishes like baked chicken and rice, pholourie, fish balls, dahlpuri, oxtail and rice; and ended with fresh young coconut water straight from the shell--complete with jelly--and a sweet Guyanese pine tart. Yum! I'll definitely be back. I even saw someone buying 20 young coconuts pre-cut and ready to go for a home party--what a great idea!

Truth be told, I'm not a huge flea market connnaiseur, but this one is pretty cool. It has a nice variety of items, from fashion, to accessories, jewellery, fragmences, food, toys, tools, small home appliences, electronics, phone stuff, car stuff, psychics and more. It's a great place to practice your haggling skills. I think the best part was that Dr Flea himself, the myth the man the legend, was there giving away prizes to customers. He periodically speaks over the speakers announcing what's happening and holds little games like: "the first two people to find me and show a hair pin will win a prize". Now people, this is a flea market. It's cheap stuff for cheap. Don't come here expecting a high end shipping experience. It's crowded, messy, and confusingly organized. But chances are there's more than a few things in there you need and it won't cost you too much to take home.

Items were full-priced. Store was nicely kept. There was some invite-only bs sale going on, but honestly, I didn't see anything that I'd get at even -50% off! There were a coupla -50% racks, but it seemed to be tees and other lower priced items. Well staffed, nicely laid out store, but items were pretty boring. Nothing worth buying.

First off is that I didn't realize Reebok and Adidas are now in the same company - so a good portion of the store is for Reebok gear as well. This is an outlet, but not in the traditional sense. You can only enter by invite only - though IMO that system is a bit ridiculous since people can just copy flyers - not to mention being elitist. The flyer I came with had everything 50% the store minus a handful of exceptions. Whether or not that's the standard markdown they always do, I'm not sure. It certainly wouldn't be an outlet without these promos, as all virtually all the prices are still the original MSRP. I suppose they're making a lot of higher end stuff that I wasn't aware of, as I saw sweatpants for over $100 as one example. With all that said, there were certainly good deals to be had. Though they may offer product that may not be selling as much (or not, I'm not sure), there's still a lot of choice - especially with shoes. It was still worth my wife and I's time coming here. We got stuff we liked and were mostly happy with the prices. With that said: don't get too excited either. I suspect many of these items may be sold cheaper at some stores to begin with, not to mention that they often run sales. But if you happen to get "invited", check it out.
