I hit up at least 5 Dollar Tree's over the weekend shopping for Operation Christmas Child and was in charge of hygeine products. This was by far the cleanest, organized, and great service by the staff here. I literally had $200 worth of stuff, and the employee was super patient and even carried my bags to my car since the carts can't be taken out of the store! Other Dollar Trees have rude staff, or super messy everywhere, but this one by far is the best one! read more

I enjoy this location, its pretty close to home so that's a big PLUS. This is one of the few Dollar Tree that I see decently clean. They always seem to have everything season ready. Valentine just passes and they already have Easter and St. Patrick ready and set to go. They do seem to be a little understaffed so, I always try to go in the AM. Another this I do enjoy about this location, IDK if its just me but it seem like they sell more of the brand name stuff. Holiday decoration always seem to be on point, parking is never an issue here, and if you work in an office, this is the place to buy your pens. They always have the cute ones here. read more

I do agree the store is great! But when walking into the restrooms. I was not impressed and disgusted. I walked out thinking wow such a nice place and thought of the employees they must use these restrooms too. The funny thing is they sell Clorox in their store. I don't get it! read more

The stars are for the store being clean and stocked on most items. How come no more stars? The cashier who does not wear a name tag but I know her name is Felisha from my receipt was very very rude I said hello she said absolutely nothing back and wouldnt even make eye contact, But while helping me chatted with the person after me very very rude has a piercing on her face I don't know what your problem is lady I don't know what I did to you. That is no way to treat a customer and guess what Felisha? enjoy your job I'm sure at some point soon DT will get self check outs & you will be out of a job. Customers are the reason you have a job. However the other lady that works here whose name I don't know she's older long grey hair petite she is soooo sweet! so nice and will engage in conversation like a normal polite human being with most of her customers too bad she didn't have a line open I would have went to it. I really like this Dollar Tree-- it is in what used to be a Walgreens. it has a nice, spacious quality to it, although like most Dollar Trees, they are stingy on the use of their A.C. The shelves seem a lot higher with more stuff on them. The food is much less of a bargain than it used to be--- no more large boxes of pretzels, gingersnaps, or cereal. But it is a good place to find great closeout items. I recently found a number of Physician's Formula eyeliners and lipsticks there, as well as their eco-friendly compact. Granted, the lipstick only came in ginger, but that's what I wear anyway! They still have t-shirts here, so great for casual weekend clothes or the beach. It can be hit or miss on whether they have enough checkers ,especially if others in line have a major haul! Lots of car parking, needs work on bike parking. read more

The one negative is that I always walk out with a boat load full of stuff that will rot my mind and teeth. It's clean and organized with helpful workers. The bathrooms are clean too. I've dropped dueces here a few times and not as nasty like Wal-Mart or a gas station. Just get ready to kick yourself in the butt when you come home with cool, yet useless, but fun stuff. read more

This store has the worse service not because of the employee at the register but for some reason the manager thinks he should hang around talking on his cell phone while the line has 20 people in it rather than opening a register and actually doing some work. They NEVER seem to have more than one register open no matter how many employees are on duty. read more

You would think that if you went to one Dollar Tree, you've been to them all. But that's not always the case. I've been to small Dollar Tree's that have a ton of stock and variety and I've been to big Dollar Tree's where it seemed like you'd be better off driving across town to go to the smaller one. This particular location I just happened to be in the neighborhood and needed to kill time and they had a ton of Christmas stuff that I needed and they were fully in stock with everything, so I was pretty happy. The worker was very nice, the store was clean and presentable. If I am in the neighborhood, I would stop by again. read more

Went in to the store today to get some things, and as soon as I walked in, the line was all the way down the card and party isle, and the poor guy was the only one ringing people up. He called twice for someone to come and help him, and no one showed up. Finally, the guy who I also had an issue with last time came out to start ringing people up. Im almost 100% he is the manager now, and let me tell you, he is by far the rudest manager ever. He doesn't greet customers, and looks annoyed when more people get in his line. I see him every time I come to the store and he is either talking with other employees, or texting on his phone. This store just gets worse over time, and they need a change of management ASAP! read more

The night time larger size female manager is rude, she hardly acknowledges the customer or even looks them in the eye, and will make not even a one minute exception for your time. Meaning, I walked from Almaden and Malone, got in the store at 8:59 and she told me they were closed. I even told her I just walked from where I did and just needed three things s well as showed her the time and she said " ya but were closed." Thanks for the swell customer service. read more

I feel rich when I go to Dollar Tree! Wonderful place for school teachers to shop and get supplies and decor for their classroom on a limited budget. This Dollar Tree is much cleaner than most, and I appreciate that. The folks working there seem to know the inventory very well and are available to answer questions. (not the case at all Dollar Trees) You usually have to wait in line awhile to check out - but when you are getting everything for just one dollar, you cannot expect the service to be top notch. Anyone with any marketing knowledge knows the money making formula for businesses. They offer three things - price, service and quality. In order to make money - they can only offer 2/3 of those things. They can offer 2/3 of each. They can give you all of two and none of the third. Or some other combination. Dollar Tree offers their merchandise at a crazy good price. So - they skimp a bit on the quality and quite a bit on the service. I understand this - and am always happy when I go into this Dollar Tree and when I leave! read more

Never has enough people on the registers, and the lines are 10 people deep. No one working there seem to care either. This store is my very least favorite, and I only go if I have no other option. Compared to other Dollar Tree stores this one is pretty good. There is never anyone to help you but the store is clean and well stocked. It is in an area with lots of parking and it is a safe area. Sure why not go there. It is a dollar store and you get what you pay for. It is fun and some day someone should try the steaks they sell. Uggg. read more

I bought a plastic case and wanted to do an exchange for another one because there was a spot on it. To my dismay the lady working the line was so rude and made a scene. The manager was no cup of tea . I became swarmed by a random customer who had no business in my transaction but the lady at the register was very obnoxious and unprofessional. Don't buy any Helium balloons here! Bought some this morning for an event and they were deflated in less than a couple hours! Called the store and they said "we get a lot of defective balloons"! Well isn't that nice! I think their customer service is defective as well as their products! read more
