If you've frequented the Dollar Tree in the last 2 years, then you know it's a misnomer. Nothing is $1 anymore. My store at home is $1.25 and then there is a section called "better stuff" that's higher. Ok fine. Inflation. I was quite surprised to visit this store to find that the $1.25 price point that I'm used to was far from the norm. Most everything I bought today, minus the box of candy and a box of crayons was at least $1.75. I was originally headed to Michael's to buy some silk stems for a project with my 3 year old granddaughter. $1.25 sure seemed like it would be a better option then Michael's. Of course hindsight is 20/20, when I saw that the silk stems were $1.75 each (and Dollar Tree quality vs Michael's quality), I probably should have just run next door to compare prices. I know the pricing is up to corporate, not this particular store but, still, the pricing did impact what I bought. Most every Dollar Tree has the same layout. This store didn't follow this standard layout. Categories of the same type items could be together or in two or more areas of the store. Some of the organization didn't even make sense. The shelves were full of merchandise, the cleanliness of the store was no better or worse than the typical Dollar Tree. Lines were long but there were two registers open and the employee that I interacted with was super sweet. This is the closest Dollar Tree to my daughter's house so I know I'll be back. But next time, I'll know what to expect. read more

Haven't been to this location but I sure can say that this has been one of the nicer dollar trees I've been to. Clean and open parking lot. It is on the smaller size and it was very organized. They had a lot to offer except for dry goods. They hardly had any snacks. The lady that was checking me out was very nice and friendly. If I'm ever in the area I would come back to this location. This store is located in the back right corner along with other stores, shops and places to eat. Very convenient! read more

I wouldn't highly recommend to go here for the dollar tree. There were two ladies that yelling at customers and very rude. After she scanned the items was unclear, I told her( her name is JACQJIE) I don't think that's right. But she immediately yelled at me with the loud voice just for one item for $1.25 ; ), I asked to speak to the manager not because of the $1.25 item but just not happy with her customer service skills. Unfortunately the store manager was worse, she is even louder and so evils. I dont think she deserves to be a store manager. I was worried they will hurt me so I left and decided to contact the dollar tree as it's a neighborhood store but customers don't feel safe to be around here. read more

Liars that have total disregard for human life. Customer asked if the carts had been sanitized. The manager said yes they had when they hadn't. This was during the height of Covid. This is one of their worst locations I have been to in a long time. Everything here is always very dirty, the aisles are always cluttered and the few items they do usually keep stocked, tend to be outdated or close to it. This is definitely my last resort on last minute or emergency items. read more

A new Dollar Tree just opened up in this plaza. Its located on the far right side, which is next to the park. I stopped by to check out this location, and it sells all the normal Dollar Tree items. You can pick up seasonal items, party supplies, balloons, etc. This store is only open from 9am to 9pm everyday. read more

This place is dangerous. Do not shop here. The manager told a customer that a cart had been sanitized when it hadn't. These are people's lives here. You can't just lie to look good. The manager also refuses to quarantine returns for 72 hours and makes the employees put them back on the shelves despite their protests. Don't support this disregard of human life. I advice not to ever order balloons here. I purchase some balloons and went to pick them up and they told me my co worker cancelled my order. I didn't even go with my coworker to the store I paid for them and the manger didn't help me at all. The store lets anybody cancel a order and they didn't even call me. read more

Nice folks work here. It's clean and rarely cluttered. We visit this Dollar Tree on Santa Teresa as much, if not more than our regular grocery stores because of the products that they carry--especially the frozen/refrigerated foods, delicious cookies/nuts/biscuits, vitamins & pain relievers, and pet food. Many of these items are not just only a buck, but they are unique to the Dollar Tree and we're hooked on 'em! Oh, and the party, gift wrap, and greeting cards are the best deal around. This dollar tree is the worst store I have ever visited. The reviews people have left are very good which made my wife and I to drive from Milpitas to check it out. I hate to say it was extremely disappointing. The stores stock was slim to none it was dirty and very unorganized with stuff thrown everywhere stuff all over the floor. Very hard to find items for they were all over the place. We walked around the store three times to find items in 7 different places of the store. This store needs a haul over, Needs to be better organization and to be cleaned up and stocked with similar items stored together. Don't recommend this store. The Dollar Tree on Santa Teresa just opened today! How can you not like a brand new store? The aisles are super clean and nicely organized. I have a Dollar Tree by my work and have to say that this is much nicer. The aisles are wide and have a pretty nice variety. There are a few things that I saw here that I have not seen at the other locations. They have plenty of seasonal things, helium balloons, houseware items, toiletries and much more. One buck and sometimes a little less for some items if you look closely. In addition to the standard offerings, this location has a FREEZER which not too many have. You could even purchase frozen chicken to ice cream. They are open Mon - Sat. from 9 am - 9 pm. Sun. 9 am - 8 pm. TIP: They are having a 10% off sale next Sun., Oct. 16, 2016. This store is almost new. Theres never a too many people but for some reason theres always a long line. I dont mind waiting. I usually find what i am looking for. Stock is pretty good. But the cashier is the best. Her name is Lorena and she is soooper nice. Very friendly. Ive seen customers get a little pissy with her and she never reacts, she always always nice and friendly. This store is probably the cleanest Dollar Tree that I've seen. The isles are not cluttered, everything is in stock and nicely put on the shelves. They have 2 bathrooms that are clean and stocked with needed items. The employees are very friendly and helpful. I looked around and saw items that Gilroy and Morgan Hill haven't had in quite some time. Such as hide a key rocks. They had 9 of them and I bought all of them.
