Manager left me on hold and came back said they RETICKETED the 14.99 at 19.99. Very pissed off whoever "incorrectly ticketed" the pants as well as the cashier the manager and now the store. The same damn pants and couldn't even give me the ticketed price let alone the $5 discount for the 2nd pair. I'm telling everyone to not come here! There is also another sign telling you that you cannot try on the shoes. I asked the salesgirl about it, and she said that they had lots of people coming in to try on the shoes, but not buying any. And then people who actually bought the shoes would come back saying that the shoes smelled like feet from all the people who had tried on the pair of shoes previously. True story, swear to God. I guess tourists have stinky feet! I was looking for a souvenir for myself. Warned about the shoes, I actually was looking to get either a Mexican blouse or dress as I had seen several gorgeous ones during my stay in San Antonio. The salesgirl was great in helping me pick out one, and even better yet, offered a discount if I paid in cash. Done. They open at 10am, but a lot of the shops were still closed or just opening at 11:30am. What follows below is just filler for the Yelp Gods. Several stands had fresh produce - it was like a mini farmer's market. They have plenty of snack stands and beer is 3 bucks. Most of the stands are hotdogs, chicken nuggets, and popcorn, but if you take your time, you'll find two hidden gems with decent tacos, etc. The place is so big, you really have to hunt for them though. Cowboy boots at almost every other booth. Car parts - both new and used. Tools - both new and used. There's a pet shop with birds, bunnies, mice, hamsters, etc. Several shops with new furniture.

Walking in...it was quite overwhelming...there's a lotta stuff lol. Mostly organized, you'll find some cool finds- vintage hardware, antique furniture, vintage home goods, metals, old doors, tubs, garden items, you name it! Take your time perusing the place, you'll never know what you might find! They also rescue local cats and all are up for adoption! Most are fixed and have their rabies shots. Also, leashed was a super sweet dog up for adoption. They've been fostering her for 2 years. Please consider....each one of them, needs a good home! I was able to find a cool tall metal stand that I will use as a base for a bird bath. Some items are priced, but the owner is easily accessible and able to price or answer any of your questions. We met Kirt H., the owner, super friendly and knowledgeable. In the business for quite some time, most items come from home demolitions or were purchased on special trips they made along the way. Definitely unique finds, old items, a lot of choices for antiques. They also have a room where they rehome cats, which seemed odd but I appreciate that they are trying to help these cats find homes. Most of the prices that I saw seemed reasonable, but not everything was marked. Parking is odd because you are parking under the bridge between the street with cars going in each direction.
