The employees refused to take it back, saying it had "a hair on it" and even told me to wash it and bring it again. The response was completely unprofessional. The item was clearly new, and it's unreasonable to ask a customer to "wash" something just to return it- especially when it was bought less than 24 hours ago. This was completely unprofessional and unreasonable. The employees who are working there are very unprofessional. Plus, that cashier, the younger lady, was arguing with me. I think they are just one family clan and their relatives who are working over there. I hope management trains staff to treat customers fairly unless one of them is a store manager.
