This is my local dollar tree and I have been going here for years; every time I go, it's always organized and clean! The store may be small compared to other Dollar Trees, but their shelves are always stocked :p There isn't much eco-friendly / plastic-free options which I understand because they cost more to make so I recommend going to a non-Dollar Tree. The customer service could be a little bit better, because I kinda get the vibe that one of the cashiers hate their life lmao but I personally don't mind too much. This is my local dollar tree and I get all my product like skincare from here and it saves so much more money then the expensive products that don't work there arts and craft section is also great and during back to school season they have everything but it's a little more expensive for folders and notebooks but I highly recommend although during holidays or graduation season they are out of balloons and don't have many in stock but great for their beauty selection and arts and crafts love this place the staff are nice but not many on the floor read more

Every time I visit the Foothills Dollar Tree it's well stocked, clean aisles and the staff are eager to please. Since Andie started working at this location I've driven farther just for the pleasant customer service and to see Andie's warm smile! She's so kind and even remembers our dogs name too! Good for gift supply needs... This location is not one of my favorite Dollar Tree stores but I come here because of its convenience and it's closest to my home. Other than that I love the party supply stuff at any Dollar Tree. There are hundreds of greeting cards to choose from from Heartline, (a Hallmark Company) and Expressions from Hallmark. They are an awesome deal at 2 for $1. The Mylar balloons are also $1 each. They have a nice selection of wrapping paper, gift bags, ribbons, metallic yarns, confetti... makes any gift look pretty. As with anything cheap, quality takes a hit so that's all I come here for, you know, you get what you pay for. And sometimes you get even less. When it comes to holiday and seasonal items they are well stocked from New Year's party needs to Christmas. All year round you can count on getting your decorating supplies at this Dollar Store. The aisles are narrow and sometimes they have promo items blocking the already small aisles. Most of the time the service is good here... The store is between AutoZone and a smoke shop. This place is right down the street for me so I always go here until yesterday. I'm sure all the reviews of the rude old lady are about the same lady, MELISSA. Or well that's what she said her name was, she was the only employee not wearing a badge. I had to ask her her name. Anywho, she opened a line and said she can help who's next so I go to her line and she screams at me "NOT YOU MAAM".. wonder why not me? I was in the store yesterday. I was second in line. The clerk (no other checkers) was wrapping glasses for the customer SLOWLY with a double sheet of newspaper for each glass. After the 15th glass, she finally asked a lady filling balloons for fun to check- there were four of us in line by then The checker didn't ask for the next in line so the people behind ran over and got in line. I mentioned something to my clerk (obviously in charge) she kept wrapping and ignored me. I walked out...for good. This place use to be a nice place to shop for little things that they don't have in Walmart. I stopped by today for a measuring set and after I got what I came for I went to the check out line. The manager or maybe supervisor was on the register checking out all I can say is, she the rudest person I ever met, didn't speak or greet me not once definitely didn't ask did I find what I was looking for, just nothing. I had to ask her for a bag twice and then she had me bagging my own items,which isn't a problem if the place was busy but it wasn't. She definitely spoke to the customer behind me ask them all the questions I didn't get.‍ it actually made me feel some kind of way, but I guess she's not feeling her job or sudden people. I love a good deal and you can't beat a store where you always know that the price is $1 and under. There is a lot of great items that you can get dirt cheap which cost 10x more in some other stores. And it only makes 12 cupcakes - which really isn't a great deal when you think about it cause you could buy the regular box on sale at a grocery store for less than $1. I would leave 5 negative stars if I could... This complaint is about improper customer service at the checkout, a total lack of common courtesy. My elderly disabled mother and I were in lane 3 when the register stopped working for the customer ahead of us. That happens, I know. We were next in line. We had been shopping for over an hour. We were told to go to register 4, so we unloaded about 40 items on the belt of lane 4 and waited patiently for the cashier to finish up and come over to help us. She then went to register 1 and started helping all the other customers who just migrated over to her line from the line behind us. Nobody was invited to lane 1. Nothing was said, like "I'll take everyone from over there in the same order over here at lane 1." There had been a huge line behind us, probably 15 customers with only 1 register open. We waited a little longer to see if another checker would come to help us on lane 4. That never happened, so I walked over and said to the cashier, "you told us to go to lane 4. Who is coming to help us?" She said nobody and gave an attitude like I was in the wrong. I said, "you told us to go to register 4." No explanation or apology was given. I then see what seemed like a person-in-charge and I asked her for help. She refused to help us as she was a "manager and on her break." What kind of customer service is that? I worked as a grocery clerk for years. I would have been written up and soon fired for not taking the next person in line and being rude to a customer. Perhaps my expectations are too high for this place, but common courtesy is expected, and should be given to all. read more

It's a DOLLAR Store ... and yes - everything is $1.00 or less!! Don't confuse this place with a CRAPPY Dollar General - which sells items for more than a dollar - in the event you didn't know that. Great seasonal selection. Party supplies are always well stocked. I go for the cover keepers (in the section where you buy the ziplocs and tupperware ...) but always end up filling my basket with items I forgot I needed - or didn't need until I saw IT! They have freezer and refrigerated food items which I've tried and they were not expired or bad. So quality was there. Friendly, bright, clean, well staffed. Repeat customer. read more

Such rude customer service. Drove to several dollar tree stores and decided to make phone calls instead so I wont waste my time. I asked the lady to see of she can look up a SKU # number and before I could even say the word "SKU" she automatically said no. At least I have a SKU number than describing as to what I am looking for. And she said I would have to come in the store. The customer service is almost always great but they need to stop hiring people who are obviously on drugs or too immature to deal with customers in a professional manner. Went in this location for the first time yesterday. I like how the store is laid out and it is very clean compared to the one on Harding. I purchased a few things for my office and for my son's project at school. This morning as I was going thru the bags I noticed I must have forgot a bag at the store so I just called them and sure enough they have it!
