The art is made by local artists who work there along with other vendors and run the shop, coop style. They also offer small art classes sometimes, though I do wish they had an email newsletter because I never hear about them in time.

Try to find an associate. And I feel help needed in aisle or phone is code for all run and hide. Almost said something to a clerk in electronics once. Older woman even. She ignored the speaker call to answer phone. She was waiting on a customer, or at least talking to her. Customer walked off, call came over again, clerk ignored and just walked off. WT?!! Otherwise store is OK, clean and orderly, good variety of items and once in awhile, helpful staff. Avoid the Dells one, especially tourist season. High priced, extra taxes and push toward high end items.

I went to this bead store after a friend recommended it to me. And the store itself is impressive -…read morelots of pretty things and certainly things that would be difficult to find elsewhere. My issue was that aside from a "hello" that was yelled at me by someone I could not see when I entered I was never again engaged by an employee. Even though there were two of them there (with definite talk of a third one who was working in a back room) I was never asked if I needed help. Even when I was looking in glass cases I was never approached. Even when I was looking at tools and clearly comparing them - still no one approached to ask if I had questions. And the twice I had to ask for help the woman behind the counter would pointedly set down what she was doing and sigh before coming over. Apparently I was interrupting her? I understand not hovering when people are trying to shop but this was beyond that! And just a small annoyance but I purchased over $100 worth of items and never once was told about their loyalty program, despite there being signs on the cashiers space about it. Like even the most basic customer service seemed a Herculean effort for this place. I will give them another chance at some point, but I was very disappointed with the service - even though the beads are wonderful.

Taryn and Alisa NEED TO BE PAID MORE THAN WHAT THEY GET PAID CURRENTLY AFTER WORKING WITH THEN!…read more This place is a really nice spot to go if you need jewelry. Not to mention their whole team is awesome. I mainly worked with Taryn and she was amazing and was very helpful with sorting out the questions and finalizing my particular customizations I wanted. Alisa was very nice assisting with the initial visit and assisting when Taryn was out. I had the best experience ever and I'm thankful that I bought from this location. The whole team needs a raise, especially Taryn and Alisa deserve one though because they took the most time sorting everything out and helping work through all the hassles of the work flow. Taryn was exceptional helping me find something that I loved that also fit my style too, big props to her she definitely deserves a bonus and employee of the month. it's only fair because she helped me with my SpongeBob bracelet. I highly recommend, pleasantly surprised and highly satisfied with my purchase and the entire experience. They were down to earth, helpful, kind, supportive, fast and very efficient.. not to mention they took extra time to research and prepare a lot of extra stuff when I was looking/shopping for options. 11/10 you will not be disappointed. Give Taryn and Alisa a raise.. NOW! that's the only reason my rating is not 100/10 Ps if you don't give Taryn and Alisa more money on their paycheck i will find a way to tell everyone not to shop here anymore so you better do it. You should really really really do it (give Taryn and Alisa more money please) -Thank you in advance

So I went to Rays I explained that my doctor said I need shoes with a wide toe box. The lady told me that wide toe box was just a selling thing that 2 E , 3 E and 4 E wide was pretty much the same thing. I tried several different pairs and settled on a pair that I thought was right. After a couple days I was getting blisters and returned. This time I talked with the owner. She said that the shoes I have are not wide toe box she possibly could help them if they were stretched but no returns. Stretching only slightly helped them I guess I'll have to save these for occasional wearing I can't afford to toss them with $140. Invested Back to Amazon searching for a better fit.
