I had new tires put on my SUV yesterday at this Wal-Mart and left the parking lot wondering why the tech felt the need to turn on my radio and change the channel. I can't believe that it's standard procedure and if it is, it shouldn't be. It feels like the tech didn't respect my property and if he'd do that then what else didn't he respect when it came to servicing my vehicle? read more

Store is clean and nice inside. Could use more cashiers. Lines were long in there because only 2 registers were open.

Reviews have some truths. They did change managers because the previous one was rude to customers and staff. Orders were written and submitted by managers and she would delete what SHE thought wasnt needed. Uh, empty shelf means needed? I had the feeling store was on budget limit so that might have been reason...c.o.d thing. Things have improved except for service and inventory. Items are still often out of stock. Try to find an associate. And I feel help needed in aisle or phone is code for all run and hide. Almost said something to a clerk in electronics once. Older woman even. She ignored the speaker call to answer phone. She was waiting on a customer, or at least talking to her. Customer walked off, call came over again, clerk ignored and just walked off. WT?!! Otherwise store is OK, clean and orderly, good variety of items and once in awhile, helpful staff. Avoid the Dells one, especially tourist season. High priced, extra taxes and push toward high end items. read more

We all know what Walmart is about, no surprises there. But this one is truly a local store, size of the chain notwithstanding. Everybody is familiar with the ubiquitous greeter. Anonymous, overdone. But how about when the cashiers recognize you after awhile? Even in the self checkout and/ or speedy checkout lanes. Nice. They even remember the conversation topics. Genuinely personal touch. How about if you are using an online coupon for a prescription, that is no longer functional? Budgets are tight nowadays. And the staff make suggestions to remedy the situation? Amazing. Truly kind. Will go back any and every time. This is a small town store with big chain selection -- the best of both worlds. read more

Kind of ratchet, but what can you expect, it's walmart after all. Everything is organized well, I found everything with ease. Some employees are pretty ignorant, but others very kind. The Dunkin Donuts it pretty awful. They only have one worker at all times. (I go here at least twice a week) They never have donuts, EVER! The coffee sucks. Never go there. Produce is poor quality. Much of it is going bad or near death. If you buy more than what you will use within a couple of days, it's money down the drain. Some of the fruit is okay unless it's strawberries because there is usually one or two berries molding and the mold will spread to other strawberries. Some of their meats are poor quality such as their chicken. They carry a lot of Perdue which is very nasty. As far as the pork, Smithfield brand is not a desirable brand. The hams are acceptable, but the pork is not that great. The stuff they call baby-back ribs has an excess of pork still attached and are very greasy. They also go bad, even if you freeze them so use them right away. I had to throw away an entire pack. I froze it before the freeze by date and a week after the freeze by date the pork was already rotten. I can't say if it's the way Smithfield handles their meat or the way Walmart does. There's also not enough variety. Many times you are stuck with a brand you wouldn't buy. I'm not a fan of hot dogs, but Oscar Meyer is one of the worst brands. Also stay far away from the Great Value brand on most items. Great Value is a really bad option. I honestly don't understand how they have managed to stay in business with such poor quality. You also don't save money shopping there so the prices don't reflect the poor quality of their food. read more

It is unfortunate I had to give this store one star, without a star I could not comment. I am officially done shopping at this location! I am not directing this to the employees who are doing their job and doing it well. I am focusing on management. I did not find it convenient shopping for women's clothing while waiting to get checked out but this is where the line is. The only reason I was in the employee check out was for the price match guarantee. OH, we stopped this on the 27th and now it's the 31st. With 12 check out lines not counting the self check outs 3 are opened. While people are spilling all over the place to get checked out. Do the cameras not indicate time for support, what are you thinking. If you could focus your cameras on the people waiting the picture would be clear. The Dells has four times the people going through there but I am out in minutes compared to this, my experience. There is something wrong here, in the pharmacy I needed to fill a prescription. I could only get a partial because they did not have enough. Asked how many are in a partial, 3, so that is 3 days worth. I agreed because I was out, will have that ready in 20 min. I was the first one there when the doors opened after shopping for 45 min. it wasn't ready, just a few more min. x 3. I left and was not waiting the entire morning for 3 water pills. I will continue to shop at Walmart for the obvious reasons just not this store, my god. read more
