Obviously, the prices are pretty good....BUT, since everything in the store isn't a dollar anymore, they need to put prices up as they stock their shelves. The last time I was there, (a few days ago), I ended up not purchasing everything I wanted to because I was short of money and didn't want to be embarrassed at the register. I heard several customers complain about not knowing what certain items cost. I'm a retired retail manager. Shelf price tags and signs are the silent salesperson for your business. i went into the store earlier this week with my family to find baby shower things. i walk in first with my younger sister and a worker immediately yells " I see trouble". everyone turns around and i get stared at. I'm assuming it was because of my baggy clothes however i was targeted for no reason. I've seen such a huge improvement in this store recently and I love it! The security guard at the door is great. I love actually having a cart when I shop and it's nice not watching people walk out the door stealing carts or baskets filled with merchandise. The staff here has always been great but now they are even better. They've always been friendly and polite but they somehow seem more relaxed now. Maybe because they have merchandise finally. I just went to your store and saw these petty solar lights. I was purchasing 3 of them, but they rang up for a penny, the cashier paged a manager and she said I couldn't purchase them because they were not in the system . Left the store without the lights. So this place is in a huge shopping center so there's always so much parking. It's the dollar store so I hope people don't expect much. I was doing a gift basket so there were things I found here that would have cost a lot more at other places. There's a lot of stuff you can get here too. The cashier was really nice but a little on the unprofessional side. Let's just say I don't come to the dollar store for the customer service. I would highly recommend checking this store out first before buying anything elsewhere. The bottom line is to save money so definitely would return. read more

We've been in line for 10 minutes. Our cashier is high as a kite and the only thing she can do is scratch herself, wipe her nose and click her 2 inch long bright yellow fake nails on everything. She's too busy playing with her nails than actually working. She can barely grasp anything, but she's capable of using them as drum sticks. Maybe covering up the gang tattoos would be a great place to start. Or how about a shirt that fits and isn't full of holes. STOP with the damn fake yellow nails, clicking, clacking on everything. I love dollar tree coz their cheap products, but customer service is terrible, came in without a mask and tried using my flannel from skating a long way and didn't feel like going back coz my heart problems, and one of the workers had the audacity to start screaming at me to get out of the store, not my kinda place, at least this Pittsburg Dollar Tree lol, and I was in there for at least 10 mins picking out some of my groceries! I have been to this store several times. There are never enough employees, the checkout lines are always crazy long and there are always carts full of merchandise blocking the aisles that need to be put away. Except for today the few employees they have have always been very nice, today however the employee that was working the checkout line was very clearly unhappy about working in this location, apparently the managers, employees and customers at this location are in her words "f***ing ghetto" a little off putting seeing as I was one of those customers. read more

Please take your money else where !!!!!! This location still have yet to replace their shopping carts... I came to this location for the second time in October of 2017 at that time they had two carts one labeled dollar tree and the other from target . I asked an employee about the shopping cart situation. I was informed that because of the shopping cart theft in the past they have yet to replace them. It is now March of 2018 and they expect us to carry our items in hand. The hand shopping baskets are labels for drinks only .......
