She said ," I am going to wear it to a funeral this morning, you don't mind do you?" when I caught her wearing it. Prices on some of the tags were higher than the prices listed on my inventory sheet. She also reduced prices without asking me if it was O.K. and seemed to be upset when I wanted to take unsold items home with me after they had been there over 90 days. Always talked about her personal health issues and preached sermons to me which made me very uncomfortable and was quite unprofessional. Very bad experience!

My goal was to get rid of clothes, household stuff. 90% of my stuff I sold for $1...people got some sweet deals for sure! If you sell, be prepared for customers to haggle...it's a swap meet! Definitely an early bird market on Saturdays I did most of my business between 7-10:30AM (made only $10 after 10:30). I decided not to stick around and packed it up at 11:15 and bounced. I came with 15 boxes, a large wine rack, an end table, and a beach chair, and came back with 4 small boxes and $170. Place was clean, restrooms clean, staff was nice. Bring your sunscreen or an umbrella and water. I found the buyers nice and friendly. Taking off one star because (1) they do not enforce the no pets/dogs policy (felt more sorry for the dogs out on hot concrete. I would also be concerned if they were refused entry with their dog the dumb owners would leave them in their car), and (2) they could use more trash cans and directions/exit signs.

I actually worked at Not Native years ago, when it was located further down Oak street, and even then, they had some amazing stuff which almost left me broke before I even got paid.... The store seems to withhold some even more incredibly beautiful items, leaving me almost feeling broke by just taking a few steps in. The store is extremely spacious, filled with rustic, Tuscan- authentic decor, as well as unique and beautiful furniture. Some items are a little pricey, however there certainly are other affordable items within, just depends on your budget. This week with my parents was all about thrifting. This was our first stop. My mom found me a Lucky…read morebrand top that was on the 50% rack. I tried it on over my clothing as they don't have a changing room. The top was a bit too baggy on me and the sleeves were kind of short, that was how the sleeves were to be, but still too short for my liking. I looked through all the clothing and sadly didn't find anything that caught my attention. This was a downer as it was our first thrift shop in our week of shopping. I was starting to feel unlucky. Things did pick up over the week and I found lots of great finds at the other thrift stores in the area. Changing rooms- Sadly they don't have any and that kept me from picking out clothing to try on. I believe they have a return policy of some type. You probably just get store credit, that's how most places work, you don't actually get your money back. if you are a frequent shopper here that can work out for you. Since I'm from out of town taking the clothing home and trying it on and trying to return it doesn't really work for me. Bathrooms- I think at one time they allowed patrons to use their restroom, but now it's limited to just employees. Parking- They are part of a strip mall and they have a private parking lot with free parking. There were plenty of parking spaces when we arrived. Monday, July 13, 2026 around Noon. Offerings: Clothing, Shoes, purses, dishes, dog and cat supplies, furniture, suitcases, ect. Dog and Cat Supplies- They have a ton of different Halloween costumes for your furry friend. There are lots of shirts for your furry friend to wear. They have baby gates, crates, food dishes, toys, ect. This is a great place to shop at if you have a furry friend. I wish I knew about this place when my little girl was still around. So sad. My parents love this thrift store. They come here on a regular basis. My parents are volunteers at Joybound and get their employee discount. I on the other hand wasn't impressed. Unless i get a new furry friend I probably won't come back on my own.
