They tasted like chemicals. Kids literally took one cookie out and all 3 of them tried it and said it was disgusting and was gagging. We took them back & are explaining that there's something wrong with them and they proceed to tell its because they are store brand. They are fine. Then says she will give us cash back u less we want to buy something else. We say yeah we are gonna find something else then she says why didn't you say before we started it. Why didn't she ask? We were not even greeted. The other girl sends her over to do the return. She's using other people's numbers on the register to do the return and only asked if we were returning and why. No greeting or any other questions. We get our refund then go to purchase something else. The line is back to the middle aisle way and there is 2 self checkouts they are using to ring people up. They don't let you use your number unless you mention it multiple times. The wait time is 15 to 20 minutes to check out. The store is starting to look like the crap hole family dollar across the street. They never have the shelves fully stocked even though online it says they have multiple of what you are looking for. There's trollies and ladders on the sales floor but no employees using them. It's just taking up space. And the workers just walk past you pr ring you up with no greetings. The customer service sucks here.

I am impressed that the store is fully stocked. Just the setback is that they only have 2 registers. So the line was very long. The sales associate who rang me isapologetic and helpful though. The staff are helpful but not overbearing and actually know what scents are in each item. (I had someone at my now local B&BW tell me I "Could look it up on the website"). They also added a discount for me manually that had not popped up in my email and offered free plastic wrapping bags with bows if they were gifts. The manager of the store was also training a new employee and she was being very gracious and explaining how to deal with customers. This small location is top notch!

Customer service is always one of the most important things to me when it comes to any business, and Wow Beauty gets a 10/10 on that mark. If I have a question on how to style something, what product is best for what, etc. they know the answer or know which of their coworkers will know the answer. They are so knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. I have made WowBeauty my first stop for all my hair-related needs for about a year now and I am never disappointed. The store is always clean, carries a great & diverse selection of products, they know what their customers want and need & stock accordingly. I usually have bad experiences going to beauty supplies, the employees are usually rude and unknowledgeable about their products or kinky hair (which their store is targeted towards, which is very odd to me), it's hard to find people, and often don't stock products/tools that are necessary for kinky hair. Never at WowBeauty. Easily the best beauty supply in the entire AV. You won't regret coming here. (Something that was very impressive to me that I haven't seen before, was that in every style of hair available for purchase, whether pre-stretched, twists, braids, bundles, wigs, anything, they always stock AT LEAST one brand of gray hair, which is not easy to find at other beauty supplies.
