Then one day, all of the sudden they stopped having the great kind of dress shoes especially occasion shoes and my size. I'm very tall. So I noticed that but I continue to shop their clothes and then one day they stop selling my favorite brand. After a couple of months I was able to ask someone about that she said she didn't know why they stop selling that brand but she had been waiting for some herself and they just stopped sending it. Okay so I continue to shop and I just noticed more boring clothes coming in and clothes that I just wouldn't buy so I will come there on occasion and a couple of times I went there and I ran into someone I knew so although I only bought one item I got to see my old friend. Then I went there and the only thing you could really buy is a purse and I didn't come all the way over there just to buy a purse. I wanted to buy some clothes. I noticed that they started selling more household items and things like that which is okay but I never got the kind of jeans I was looking for tops or dresses in my size and then they put my size all the way in the back and it's only one hanger thing I don't remember what they called but you can push it around and that's was only available for my size. So if I ever do come here again it will be to buy a purse and some earrings and they will be overpriced

It has great prices- some things much more than others, it's clean, and 99% of the time we have a super fast checkout experience. I go to Safeway or Lucky's occasionally to grab a few things and am always shocked by the prices because I'm so used to shopping here. Years ago, when I suggested to my husband that he check this place out he was super hesitant. But after one trip he fell in love and is hooked. Not everything is a great deal, but just about everything I buy on a regular basis is much cheaper than other stores. And no, everything you buy here is NOT expired or about to expire. There are some random items they get that are close to expiration, but generally most items still have a long shelf life. We love this store because it has the best produce quality and selection of all the GO's in the area. It's also less crowded. I've shopped here at all times of the day and on different days and never had to wait more than a few minutes to check out. I'm a vegetarian and they often have a great selection of plant-based meats way cheaper than a regular grocery store. Almond milk is also a great deal here. I often find new products that I love for steep discounts. Random items like these are usually only available for 1 or 2 weeks, so I stock up. They do have some off-brands, but many items are name brand. I still occasionally go to a regular store for specialty items, but I can usually find just about everything I need here on a regular basis, and I cook most of my meals all week. This Daiso location has a lot of stuff but it's very small, it's a very tight squeeze when you're trying to walk past people. The prices for their items has gone up over the years. Like all Daiso locations, there's no return or exchange. All sales are final. Highly recommend to buy school supplies and some Sanrio, Hello Kitty stuff.

Early development of Alameda Landing began in 2008. What used to be here? The land Alameda Landing sits on used to be a US Navy Supply Depot. Alameda Point used to be an active duty Naval Air Station, which closed in the 1990's. Old time Alameda residents might remember a drive-in movie place too. Alameda Landing draws people from all over Alameda and the surrounding communities. Everyday I see a line at the In-And-Out Burger wrapped around the block. Both anchor stores offer huge parking lots. There's several ways to get to Alameda Landing. Locals know to drive behind the Tube buildings, and enter by Target. I walked around to get some steps in and was glad to see it. I usually go to Southshore and I think that place has more to offer than this one. But it's not bad, and if in the area. I could come here. But it wouldn't be a destination. It doesn't have a beach behind it like South Shore Center does and it also isn't near street, Park St, which has an amazing food scene. So that's also a consideration. But, it's not bad, and as I said, if in the area, I may swing by.
