I went to the store earlier that afternoon, and purchased a few items, so found out when I got home, about 25 minutes later, my Walmart bag was not in my car. I had however, my receipt in my wallet, which was proof of purchase. So I returned back to Walmart went to the Customer Service to see if someone had returned my bag with the purchases I made. I was asked to get all the items from the receipt and bring it back to them. As I started my hunt I went first to get the Birthday Card for my husband, and then proceeded searching for the remaining items, that's when I encountered Mr. Francis, the Co Manager, I mentioned I was looking for these items and described what had happened. Without any hesitation Mr. Francis took my Walmart receipt and asked me to sit down by McDonalds, (inside the store,) and wait for him. In a matter of a few minutes he returned with a bag containing all the items. I want to highlight his excellent customer service, and wish to express my most sincere gratitude for his assistance. They refused to refund the difference--until I made enough noise to embarrass them into doing the right thing. Second visit (Aug 3, 2025): Cigarettes clearly marked $4.43 per pack if you buy 2. I bought 4. They rang me up for over $27. I noticed the scam in the parking lot and went back in. Their excuse? "You save $4.43," which was total BS. The sign was right behind them, and they refused to even turn around and look at it. Then they had the nerve to refuse a refund for something I bought just minutes earlier. They eventually did refund when I started acting in kind to them. This place is shady, rude, and doesn't give a damn about doing honest business. They rely on customers not paying attention. Don't fall for it. Total clip joint. Stay far away.

So I didn't bother to ask, but I was upset that milk fell and busted. You can feel she didn't like what she was doing. The way she put my grocery in the bags you can tell she is not in the good mood at all. She might be tired from a long day of work, but still not an excuse. Each customer you meet in that store you give them a great attitude because they spend money. She was the only cashier there so far that I met that actually don't greet or talk to you.
