This was a random stop for me. Most dollar stores gross me out but this looked fairly clean from the outside so I stopped. Wow! The store was clean and tidy. Huge selection of party supplies. The manager Nate, and Abby treat people really bad complain about them openly with impunity. It's shocking. Like Abby telling her co worker during closing " she's walking to slow to register so don't help her. Straight from twilight zone I went in and forgot my card to pay so The manager and short Mexican guy. I don't know his name chased me down and told me I needed to pay for the items I said I left the items there. I'm going home to get my card I come back and then he tells Tells me I need to cash and I said why didn't you tell me that and he said I assume you were bringing cash and I said well you shouldn't assume in the first place and I said I know I also paid four dollars already for the items and he responded I can't give that back to you either and I said OK so I said OK so you're not gonna pay me back my four dollars and I need to pay cash can you fix this you're the manager he said no well I said well I don't understand then because you didn't tell me I need to bring cash so I said OK let's start a new delete everything and I need to pay for these Gatorade's for my granddaughter and he said no so I said OK you're not going to so I asked the person behind me can you pay for these Gatorade's? I have $10 cash that's all I have she said yes the manager said no I said why can't this complete stranger pay for my Gatorade's and he tells the check or you can get fired if you do that which was a complete lie so be aware of this person when you go to the store, he miss treats people he doesn't understand what a manager should do and and cannot fix simple, small problems like giving me a refund for four dollars or deleting a transaction. read more

Definitely don't recommend coming here. The girls working during the day are really rude. Apparently kids are not allowed here so don't bring your kids unless you want the workers to be on your tip and making rude comments! Please educate and train your employees to be able to work while kids are in the store read more

This is just a great store and I love how the employees greet you when you enter and they love kids!!

If you work at the dollar tree then how high and mighty can you be??? This store is okay but the staff are super rude, every time I go into this store the same rude girl gives me a horrible experience. When I first moved into the area I accidentally left my phone on the rack and as I was checking out I didn't notice I didn't have my phone and a man came up while I was checking out to return it. That women was so angry that I was quick to say it was mine and was acting like I was a liar! I even opened the phone in front of her and she still acted rude and petty. I'm new to the area. I went to the one in Hatch Rd first. What a difference going here from the one on Hatch! The first thing you hear is a pleasant greeting. The store is clean and the people are friendly. The location feels a lot safer than the one on Hatch and look forward to returning there as my new favorite store! read more

I come in to get a balloon bouquet and see that there is no one at the helium tank to do this for me. So I wander around the store and find someone to do it. She comes over to start it, then has to leave to go get another helium tank. She asks an employee at the register to finish my balloons while she goes to get a helium tank. The new girl proceeds to do 4 balloons and instead of doing the rest of the remaining 5, starts doing balloons for other customers while mine are only half done!! As if that wasn't appalling enough, she then walks away telling me she'll get back to my balloons and goes to check people out at the register. Are you kidding me?!?!! Being that this is not ok, I commented about her doing the other people's balloons instead of finishing mine and her response was that they were there before me. Really????? Then why wasn't anyone helping them before I wandered through the store to get someone to help ME?!?! The first employee that went to go get the helium tank returned and I asked what just happened and she also said she thinks the other people were there before me. Again, so why was no one helping them until AFTER my balloon bouquet got started and left halfway through?!! I imagine these employees were absent on the day they covered Customer SERVICE 101. Icing on this crap cake was at checkout I noticed there were no weights on the balloons. Never got a balloon bouquet that didn't have weights on the balloons so I ask the cashier-same one that's walked away after only doing half my balloons-if there weren't any weights and she said no there aren't any. I see that the strings of my balloons are tucked under a box that has what look like balloon weights so I ask what those are and how much they cost and she said they are free balloon weights. Every time I go into this store at this particular location, I am always waiting forever in line!! No employees are around to ask where something is. And today, I actually found an employee and she actually walked away from me as I was trying to get her attention. The cashier lady is real rude. No smile. No courtesy. Horrible customer service. Some customers are stuck up and think they are cool by having people wait for them. If definitely feels like the ghetto when ur in the store. I went around 9am today. Somebody should talk to their employees working there because their customer service sucks and they are super slow doing anything. Please improve this location. Only nice thing here is that the aisles are free of clutter. read more
