I went here looking for 1 specific item that I need & they don't carry them anymore…read more This store never seems to have anything I go in there for. This particular is always a mess. Merchandise in boxes ,always blocking the isles. I have to go down another isle just so I can get to the other side of the original isle I wanted to go down. Their prices aren't too bad for most stuff, but it depends on what you're looking for. The employees are usually nice, but where they have the cashiers is ridiculous. If someone is at each register, the person who is checking out at the second one is trapped & can not get out until the first customer is done. I'd rather go to the Family Dollar on Hertel ,across from Kmart or on Kenmore & Wilbur. Anyways,I walked out with nothing today. That rarely ever happens.

Employees were in the store restocking which I hardly see most locations for some reason. Cool Set up of store compared to many I've been to in other states. I saw a lot of cool books and other things that would make a great gift for someone but I got headsets and some candy instead. If you have a sweet tooth, they have great deals. When I checked out a sales person asked if I found everything I needed. The only reason a star is taken away is because I wasn't greeted when I entered and I feel that's something that isn't consistent here. It may be hard to greet Everyone but if you're right by the entrance, it shouldn't be.

Restaurant Depot in Buffalo, New York, is the worst Restaurant Depot I have ever shopped at. The…read morecustomer service is horrible, and employees often act as though they have an attitude. Today, I urgently needed ice for my business because I have events today and tomorrow. The ice cooler contained mostly busted bags, and I was told that more ice would not arrive until the 27th. Since I needed ice immediately, I began putting the usable ice into another bag. When I reached the counter, no one offered to help me. Then an employee told me not to take all the ice because they needed a bag for the staff to use in their drinks. When I went to check out, management told me I had to pay full price for ice from damaged bags. This was extremely frustrating and unacceptable. I understand that employees have policies to follow, but customers should not be charged full price for a product that was already damaged. Management should take responsibility for this decision and for the consistently poor customer service at this location. I am not sure whether there is upper management beyond the front-end management and cashiers, but this situation needs to be addressed.

I got a SNOOPY sheet set & a comfy SNOOPY throw blanket . I found some other great "cooling" sheets, that we got. The store was very busy & the lines went all the way into the isle at TJ Maxx, but it went pretty fast. I love the system they have, by lighting up on the monitor what register is free to go to & announcing it. That's very cool & convenient. I will be coming back to this store for "whatever". Lol I liked it a lot !!
