I'm not going to say that it merits its name, but if you use your noggin and nose for bargains, you can find them. I tend to enter by produce so that I can scope out the rack to see what has been marked down. I tend to get lucky for a bag of minorly marred apples, though stick on a glove (this is still germaphobe time) and fondle the fruit to check for quality. Some of that stuff is toeing the line. I've found bakery, frozen and grocery reductions as well, sometimes displayed at the other end of the store, sometimes right where they belong in the store before mod changes. There always manages to be someone hogging the bottle return machines out front when I want to turn in my cans, though I suppose if you have better timing than I do, this could be considered a perk as well. I only ever used the self checkout here. The machines are temperamental, and to be honest, so have been a few of the employees. That's not to say that they all suck, as there are a few friendly ones that make a point to smile (I think, it's hard to tell with the mask) and say hello. And btdubs, the loo is by the cafe in front, just in case you're that weirdo that reads reviews to find out about access to the toilet while picking up your buy two get two tater chips.

However it was just a seven-year-old girl playing with a toy. I have no idea where this child's mother was. However this toy seemed to be her own personal babysitter. You can find some amazing deals in Dollar General. They have some interesting holiday merchandise that you can't find anyplace else. If you were looking for a toy from the past maybe like four years ago it's a good chance you'll be able to find it at the Dollar General.
