I was able to pick up a small couch for my daughters new apartment for less than $300. It was on sale. Big lots also had clothing, home accessories, small snacks, and food items, just about everything you would expect to need in your house. The prices look pretty good and the stuff did not look dollar store cheap.

From the moment I walked to your store this wonderful specimen of a woman instantly brighten my day. She had the most positive loving caring energy. I live in Carrollton Texas. I pass a few of your stores on the way to this one. I'm not sure when she was hired how long she's been there or even if she has a full or part-time role in your company. But I will tell you because of this woman I will travel to come to this specific store just because of Levette. So to whoever needs to hear this, I hope it reaches you. It seems that she's a self associate, but I'll tell you what coming from the corporate role myself. She needs a bigger role in your company. Did you ever wonder what the offspring of Neiman Marcus and Dollar Tree would look like? POpshelf!…read more A couple of weeks ago,I saw a post by Angela S. That caught my attention. It was a funny creature called a Fuggler at a shop called pOpshelf. You never know what's gonna push your hot button but this did. I mean come on, lighten up. Comic relief,feel good,amazing distraction contributes to good mental health right? So,I had to have the Jaws 50th anniversary Fuggler and set out on my quest. I had never visited a pOpshelf and had no idea what I'd find. Entering the store gave me an " Upscale" Dollar Tree feel. Browzing the isles I could see the place was filled with useful items. Everything from groceries to home decor is covered. Actually it's impressive for what it is and quality/ price appears to be good on most merchandise. I set my toy detector for Find and set out for the Fugglers. Bam! There they are. These guys are cute! Can't believe I was unaware. However,there were no Jaws! Bummer. I still grabbed 2 and headed for checkout. Now,y'all know how I feel about Kiosk and shelf check. I really didn't want to do it. When I looked up and realized this entire place is self check I gave in. No one can accuse me of not being flexible or open minded. 10 minutes in the store and I was on my way with a couple of early Christmas Gifts. I like popshelf and think they've established a great niche. However,this isn't the end of my Fugglers quest so, Stay Tuned. Go!

In the area running errands before a family dinner and we took the kids to this pop shelf to kill…read moretime and pick out a small toy or something. We were only in the store for maybe 15 minutes and my kids found some lightsabers. We picked them up to try out and one of the small female retailers came around the corner saying we were breaking $10 toys and she would appreciate it if we didn't break them. Excuse me? The kids an I were barely clashing them obviously so they didn't break and we weren't hitting anything else. Completely rude and uncalled for, god forbid the kids want to play a little with a KIDS TOY to see how it works or if they'll like it. We've never had anyone approach us that way at a popshelf and won't be returning to this location again.

We drove to the edge of the earth, because this was one of the few stores that were carrying a wine we wished to give as a gift for Christmas. Well, Adam in the wine department did not disappoint. He helped us find our wine choice and also offered some other excellent choices for a great price...best bang for your buck. Thanks Adam, you Rocked it!!!!! It's always amazing how each store has different finds. We also picked up a multi sample set of spices by Kinder, which made the Chef in me very happy along with a set of cast iron enamel Dutch-ovens.

I was in the self checkout line today at around 1:30. I accidentally took the wrong card out…read morequickly to do the "pre-scan" absent minded on my part I will admit. However, the brown haired woman in the self checkout line came over to fix it and she abruptly snapped at me when I tried to scan the right one snapping , "hold on! "Like she was completely frustrated with me. And then she decided to continue on by slamming my items in the cart like she was completely impatient and annoyed with me. She clearly had an issue with me, so I complained to the manager. I won't be going to this particular location anymore.

Went home and immediately cut up one, discovering they were light brown inside. Cut up the 2nd, same color as well. 3rd and last peach was okay, half was okay peach color, took a bite or two, but bland, lost excitement. Very upsetting to buy at regular price. Yes, they are not in season, but the manager should have done their due diligence and price appropriately. Out of season equals to discount, seems fair for customers. Buyer beware situation.

Well maybe 97 cents only, but hey.. baby steps! I love this place. Nice layout, friendly staff ample parking and always a great deal to be found. Needless to say i lose my damn mind each and every time I come here (or to either location)! I mean where else can you get a basket full of cleaning supplies, food items, seasonings, fruits and vegetables, frozen food, household and personal items. I mean they have it all EVEN WINE.. if that's your fancy *bougie pinky up*! They even have some items that are a tad bit more than 99 cents like thermal tumblers for $4.00 and even copper bottom cookware for around $5. You will go in with the intent to grab a couple of items only to get caught in the matrix and before you know it you've been inside over an hour and you've spent at least 30 bucks at the register. Am i crazy? Or a crazy savvy shopper? Tomato/Tamato... and speaking of, they have'em.... And guess for how much? *chant with me y'all*
