9/25/24 Killing time before the pharmacy at CVS opens, there's always time to browse. This Dollar Tree is in the Lakewood Center Mall lot (Candlewood & Graywood). We passed by it on our way to Costco countless times. Glad I stopped by coz I found some neat storage bins to help organize the pantry items, maybe even for my crafts. Perhaps it's early in the day but it appears to be in good order. Usually places like these would have stuff on the floor or in shambles but this is a pleasant surprise. The stickers are a bit limited, nothing really interesting. Halloween, Thanksgiving, & Christmas items are already on display. I notice there are a numerous amount of snacks for sale here. Most items are priced at $1.25. Cashier was efficient. I hope the storage items will at least last a few years without breaking down. Overall it was a good visit. read more

When I tell you, Kim was working with only one register, she was a trooper. Seriously at 9pm, there was a rush with plenty of youth eager to get to the movies. I often come for kitchen items, party supplies, cards for special occasions, candy, cleaning supplies and craft projects items. They usually have what I need which I like! The lines though can be long with only one or two cashiers open. They always keep up with whatever season and holiday there is as well. The parking is plenty. The staff is usually pretty friendly. African American Manager has very bad customer service all I was doing was exchanging an item she claims that package I was returning was slightly open and she wont return them but I bought spoons and forks and spatulas before and they don't even come in plastic and not sealed at all but you can return those with no problem She claims she will not return the item that is not even opened I think she made this rule on her own It is not a rule stated nowhere on the dollar tree website and I have my receipt She then realized I was buying alot of items then she changed her mood but even tho definitely not coming back to this store if this manager works here read more

Went to this Dollar Tree for the first time today. I was super surprised how neat and tidy the store was and I was able to browse through the store in sections without stepping over stuff and sorting through a pile of miscellaneous stuff. This Dollar Tree is very clean. It has a variety of stuff from party decorations to snacks/candies to home essentials. I always come here to buy my hair combs because it's cheap and the quality is usable. I also come to buy Birthday balloons or graduation balloons or party decorations. Oh my goodness! Everything is one dollar. Everything! I went in maybe for one or two items and I walked out with about 50. Even stuff I did not need. Why would anybody go anywhere else? I called this location about 5 minutes before they opened to inquire if they had a certain item in stock. The associate, Rita immediately said no. I replied, "ok" and inquired about another item. She said, "I'm really busy right now" and I was shocked. She then decided to hang up on me. I called back, someone picked up and hung up. Called back again...busy. Called back one more time and Rita answers. I said "Hi, you hung up on me..is this really customer service to you?"
