However, I've been to other Goodwills where people donate quality items often because they remodel are live in prestigious areas. Rather than the regular used raggedy Goodwill furniture that you are paying premium prices for and no longer can the poor people afford "Goodwill". Like, really, Wowwww! I was wondering about this place before I moved here. My family member said this is where she gets…read moreher wine. And she has been eyeballing a frig. We walked around, we looked at a lot of stuff, but I'm not looking to become a hoarder. So I passed on everything. Seems like some of the food we looked at, was expired, or expiring soon. So, look at the dates before you buy. I think I will pass on any food. I looked at the wine, just running my eyes though the wine section, finally I found one, I like red wine, it wasn't at eye level, I had to look a shelf down. I purchased 1 bottle; it was $3.99, and my wine app couldn't tell me anything about it. And I didn't like it! I might go back and get a floor rug, but other than that, if I'm in the area, I might stop in. Customer service was ok.

Ehhh, I can't recommend this place…read more Lots of expired groceries! Expired everything, in fact. Other liquidation stores in Jax have occasional expired goods, but this store is FULL of expired stuff. Dangerous, and idk how it's legal. I found my way here out of curiousity to explore the various liquidation centers in Jax. As a Philadelphian, we have a few of these places starting to pop up, but the Jax ones are well established and have been there a long while. I feel sad for lower income shoppers who either don't know better or have no means of getting around to other stores, but this place is not only full of dangerously expired goods (which ought to be given to a food pantry for IMMEDIATE USE, or thrown out), they are overpriced at that. Coincidentally, I saw inventory there that I'd shopped at other stores. Some Cat&Jack (Target brand) pjs were $6.99 but they had been on clearance direct from Target a month before for $5!!!! Also, plush Rudolph reindeer priced at $7.99 had also been $5 on clearance at BJs! These are not deals, folks! I bought absolutely NOTHING and that is hard for me to do at a discount store. I can always turn trash to treasure and fix up or repurpose anything to help myself or my charity efforts, and I felt dirty to touch things in this store. I sent my husband and child to the car because I didn't want them around it all. Super disappointed and sad for the people who have no other options but to shop here.

This should be called DUMPSTER DIVING by the Pound. This place is HORRIBLE!!! It really used to…read morebe a decent place to go and purchase items that could be up-cycled, decent clothing/housewares not sold in the store, and really a treasure hunt for something not ready for the trash. It is now just a place that you need to wear gloves to avoid the broken glass in the bins and a hazmat suit if going through the clothing/bedding. They keep piling torn and soiled clothes on top of each other and never clean out the bins. Definitely a health hazard! I have seen items that have been URINATED on in these bins for MONTHS. There is no better word than FILTHY. I will no longer waste my time going here as it is as bad or worse than jumping in a dumpster. Straight up garbage! Northeast Florida Hospice should take a look at the Goodwill Pound Store. It is managed 100,000 times better!

I kept going back into the store to show the transaction was processed and posted and I still didn't get my items the manager Joshua uttered something in Spanish as I go I didn't understand. Super unprofessional as well as the manager Karen another rude lady. She promised to keep my items that were ALREADY PAID FOR IN HER OFFICE AND THEY STILL HAD THE AUDACITY TO PUT ALL THE ITEMS THAT DID NOT BELLNG TO THEM BACK ON THE FLOOR FOR SALE. Those managers do not care. I was treated like trash. All they had to do was reboot the stupid register but of course why would Karen know how to use the register as a store manager?
