This is the closest Dollar Tree to my house and I come here way too often! I love this place for any holiday decorations for any holiday on the calendar, everyday things I don't realize I need until I come here, arts and crafts supplies, journaling/calendar supplies, gift cards, gift boxes/bags and drinks. It has a surprising amount of name brand items all being sold for $1.25-$3 and they keep this location well stocked but you may want to come earlier in the day as it can get pretty messy as the day goes on (customers make a mess while shopping). I love coming here to make a gift extra personalized or to make a birthday extra special by getting some of their balloons, too. You can pretty much find anything under the sun at dollar tree, at a very low price. read more

Extremely rude service. The manager made unnecessary and disrespectful comments when I tried to buy a lighter, even though I had ID and could prove I was of age. This Dollar Tree has the most miserable rude employees. Went in on a Saturday to buy 8 balloons for a party. The two woman working didn't want to blow them up, legit said "i cant blow them up tight now"and then lied saying they didn't have the balloons advertised on the wall i asked for. I went and opened the balloon drawer and low and behold, there they were. Once i told them they did have them they were so rude and annoyed that they had to do their job of blowing them up. I have NEVER had an issue at this location, but after today, I will definitely never be back again. I came due to convenience, but was greatly disappointed because the woman who rung me up was initially soOoOo chirpy talking to her coworker about the layout of the display near the Easter items. When she had a ring me up, her mood immediately shifted, and she was bitter and nasty. I came in specifically for a few balloons for an event at work tomorrow. When I asked if I could have some balloons, she blatantly told me that I can grab whatever I want it if it's already inflated. I told her that they were not inflated yet because they weren't. This review is for associate Jacob. We were in line to pay (buying $1 Blueray movies , great deal) and in front of us there was a senior citizen. She was hard of hearing and a little slow. Went in for a gift bag but as soon as I walked in the cashier yells out "we close in 5 minutes" as theres actually 10 minutes till closing. I walk around looking for a bag and another employee walks by saying the same thing, still, more time than mentioned. Instead of a greeting I got "we close in 5 minutes" as if I didn't check google beforehand and saw I had 10 minutes for a 2 min run. read more

So I went t to this store and never had to return anything. Bought too much foam and too many rocks for my project. So had the receipt and decided to return the stuff. The lady at the registered said I can only exchange my items. I spoke to the manager and showed the return policy online for the Dollar Tree, she was speechless for a minute and said who told you only can exchange, I said the cashier. Just left this store because the sales associate said she couldn't blow up the number one for me because she did not have that balloon number. The display had a 1 but she refused to sell it to us so we left. We even asked if she could just put another number to replace the displays and we would help her put it up and she still refused. read more

Bad Customer Service. The employee named Joshua made me feel very unwelcomed after I purchased and bought to donate a few items for the toy drive they are having. I left a few dog toys behind I wasn't planning on getting and he was like "are you not planning on getting those?" I said no then proceeded to leave them behind. I came in yesterday to grab a few items around 2pm. I assumed it would be busy seeing as it's a holiday weekend but I wasn't in a rush so I didn't mind. After grabbing my things I headed the the only open register. There was a customer at checkout and one in front of me. I was in line for 14 minutes. The poor woman on register was struggling and called for a manager and no one came to help her. I saw 3 different employees go in and out of the "office" and not one of them came to help her. By the time I left there were 6-8 people lined up behind me yet not one of those employees came out to help. I'm a store manager in retail and I get things happen but this was just really bad customer service. Becky was the woman ringing me up and I would like to give her 5 stars! She was kind and had a smile on her face even as the customers around her were growing impatient. Great finds always, this location is somewhat well organized & clean, I think this is a very busy location, their staff is helpful when U ask. There's no warm welcome or greeting by staff, staff constantly working and restocking. It kills me that the shopping carts are well monitored and have the big tall pole nicely attached to the cart to ensure- blocking U from taking outside, so if U buy lots of stuff, U have to leave them in the cart and take as much as U can to Ur car separate times, unless U have someone else with U. Also, they seem to never have enough cashiers working when most needed, don't know y this happens often and they have about 4 or 5 cashier lanes. read more

This is about the Manager Sean, an impolite guy who shouldn't be in that position. I needed to do an exchange; the 2 boxes of light that I bought (from another dollar tree) were not working. The cashier told me, they couldn't exchange it because the boxes were opened. I think the only way to check if they were working was by taking them out of the box, right? I mean I can't tell just by looking at them. I asked for the manager and Sean approached me with an attitude from the very beginning, he was rude during the whole interaction, and just repeated the same answer. I told him, if it was a matter of luck to buy at Dollar Tree, if the product was defective well sorry for the customer. He repeated he could only do exchanges if the box was not open and that I should go back to the store where I actually bought it so they could deal with it. OMG how is this pigsty even open??? I walked in and couldn't believe my eyes: the floors were BLACK with filth, old chewing gum, garbage, and toenail clippings for all I know. I normally don't do review for stores but I had to do one for this store bc I went there today for the first time since I was in the area. Needed to get balloons for my 17th yr old. The store itself is on the small side but very neat, clean with 3 employees on hand. The employees were so helpful and sweet!!! Took their time to help me select a good variety of balloons for my picky teenager. I also got tons of birthday supplies, cards, pool stuffs at a fraction of what I would pay elsewhere. I didn't even know they had balloons until a friend suggested it. Made one teenager very happy to get 17 balloons for her 17h birthday. read more

I have to agree with the other reviewers about the cashier. Very impatient and rude. She should NOT be working in an area populated by senior living facilities. All I said was I didn't want to touch the screen with my bare hands. She was trying to tell me to use they keypad instead, but I couldn't hear her through her mask, so she lost her customer service skills temporarily. I saw some pretty scary people in there. Drug dealers and homeless guys are always hanging out at that entrance and are a big concern - not my lack of experience pushing plastic-covered keypads. read more

I am completely appalled. I was just with one of my friends and a smaller lady who was a cashier, purchasing some items for her birthday. As we she was checking us out and, she went out of her way to make a comment about what we were purchasing and to make sure we exercise after eating the cookies. That we don't want to get " fat" Completely inappropriate to bring up weight or make any sort of comment along those lines! I'm very upset. It's her job to just scan, not add unkind cometary. I spoke to the assistant manager who happened to be present and she didn't seem interested in what I had to say. Dollar tree supports bullying costumers buying certain products if you're not the weight they think you should be. So bad I walked out without the things I paid for because the cashier lied and would not do an exact exchange for me bc "I didn't have a receipt" from 30 minutes earlier although she never gave me a receipt. Different stores have different things sometimes so you gave to check many stores for the items you want. I came in for 1 item and left with over 20 items at checkout. I was able to find some cool dvds here this time. Lots of cool stuff here. I found some cook books and they now have small umbrellas. They havs lots of holiday them items here. Gift cards, gift bags, accessories to put inside, snacks, etc. Great place to get your stuff. read more

I don't know if people read Yelp reviews about discount stores, but I have to give props to Dollar Tree. I have been to a bunch of this genre of stores and this location is hands down the best. Cleaner, better organized and better service then any of the others I've been too. The only thing keeping it from five stars is, well...it's a dollar store and two parking can be challenging with some very popular restaurants in the same center. read more
