I find it incredibly rude that they allow some of their young cashiers to hold personal conversations on their phone while checking out customers in line using their earbuds. I've seen this numerous times now. I asked the cashier question and she didn't even respond. Very rude. Other than that, most of the staff are very hard-working and helpful. read more

I was there on May 8, 2025 at 16:51. My cashier was Doris at cash registrar 1. I went and buy some picture frames and a few food items and a card. The picture frames are very nice as well as the food and they have a nice selection of carts. Doris was very pleasant and did an excellent job with processing my check with no problems. Doris is honest, knowledgeable, polite, professional, considerate, respectful and showed they cared about the customer which I am glad I am one of them. read more

I love browsing this store for stickers, treats, household cleaning supplies, and little odds and ends...the aisles are neat and organized, the shelves well-stocked and store staff greeted me cheerfully. Parking is shared with other stores in this busy but surprisingly peaceful (at least, when I've been here!) shopping center, anchored by a Shoppers Warehouse. I would recommend visiting early--when I was there shortly after the store opened it was not busy at all. Another time there was a line but the cashiers were friendly and patient. Most of the items I've purchased here have been around $1.25 (some larger items were between $3 to $5)--I have been pretty happy with the prices (and useful things I've found here)! read more

Yea yea it's a dollar store so it's gonna be messy and stuff may be sold out but they are constantly stocking and restocking and checking people out as fast as possible. Sometimes the line is annoying but they usually call someone up to help. I think this is one of the best dollar trees around. And for real people, this place has been selling some of the same items since the 1990s when they where next to Outback, and they're still $1 so I'm not sure why people think they're supposed to be getting red carpet treatment here. read more

An alright place to do your $1 shopping for some groceries and other supplies. Decent amount of selection inside the store. It does get crowded from time to time, though. Parking can be a hassle, as the parking spaces are pretty tight around that area. Best to park a little further away from the store, as most people wanna cram the parking lot that is closest and park so close to others. Some aisles are pretty disorganized and messy, and you can't find the items that need to be there. This is a pretty good dollar store. It's neat and clean and the staff are generally helpful. I usually find everything that I need here with minimal effort. I normally come in for cleaning supplies, party supplies, and paper goods (paper towel, napkins, tissue, etc.) and I always find just what I need. Unlike some of the other Dollar Tree locations, I have never seen the staff stocking shelves while customers are shopping. I can move about freely without having to worry about tripping over wayward packaging material or having aisles obstructed and not being able to search for what I'm looking for. They have a great selection of holiday supplies (I'll never pay full price for gift bags, cards, or decorations ever again!!). They also have an interesting frozen food section. I've seen frozen food at some of the other Dollar Tree stores, and much of it looks really sketchy. But I noticed that they sell Golden Krust (yes, that Golden Krust) Jamaican Beef Patties here. My boyfriend loves beef patties and I like to keep them on hand for those nights that I don't feel like cooking. I picked up a few to try them out and they were GREAT!! Just as delicious as the ones we would buy at the Shoppers grocery store in the same shopping center... and a few cents cheaper. read more

If I could give less than one star I would waited about 10 min in line just to get to the counter and have to ask the cashier to finish ringing me up so I could pay and leave bc he literally started ringing up another customer before I had finished my transaction I then had to ask him to finish up on my order and he responded with a blatantly rude attitude. If good customer service matters to you at all spend the $2 extra dollars on the product elsewhere. Never in my 35 years have I had to ask a cashier to do their job and ring up my order and never have I been verbally accosted in a store by an employee for just wanting to get my order rung up as I was the customer in front of the register and receive basic customer service so I could leave. read more

You can find almost anything here: food, candy, seasonal decor, pet food, makeup, accessories, toys, school supplies, etc. My family and I came in to buy a calendar for the new year, and ended up with a few other items for VERY affordable prices. I found OPI brand nail polish for just $1, where in other stores, it's sold for $8-9. Awesome deals! read more

Newly opened, shiny, and humongous! This Dollar Tree is one of the nicest ones I've ever been in and everything in the store is actually $1 - not like those other stores that claim to be dollar stores and then sell things that are actually $3-5. There's a huge selection of frozen food and grocery items, among school supplies, kitchenware, snacks, laundry needs, beauty products, toys, party supplies, etc. I'm pretty sure you could find any possible necessity here. They sell generic brands as well as name brands that you would typically find at places like Target. Employees here are helpful and friendly, glad to help you find something in the endless aisles and get you quickly through the cashiers. read more

I agree with other reviewers who note poor service and long checkout lines at this location. I'm torn because it is the closest Dollar Tree to me - I live just up the street - and it is well-kept, meaning it's clean, shelves are organized, I can usually find what I need, and so on. But I dread having to deal with any of the employees. They are never in good moods and work slowly. Rarely do I see more than one register available, even when there is a long line. On my most recent visit, I was in a long line as per usual, but I knew it wasn't going to move anytime soon because the customer checking out had 100+ items. The cashier didn't page anyone for backup. Another customer in the line had to go knock on the manager's office door to let him know the cashier needed backup. The manager rolled his eyes and seemed annoyed that he had to open up another checkout lane. I thought this was extremely unprofessional. The cashier should page for backup in these cases, but the manager should also keep their own eye on the workflow. Overall, I hope this location improves because I don't want to have to stop coming here. read more

I bought 10 items a week ago and didn't check it carefully before purchasing. Today I wanted to wrap it up for my friend but I noticed that one of the items is damaged. I came to the store to do an exchange, the cashier said no exchange without reasons. I definitely call the credit card company tmr. Sucks! This place is called Dollar Tree for a reason. For 365 days a year, everything in the store should be a $1, right? So, how come the day before Thanksgiving, there are way more people than usual when the price is the same every frickin' day?!? Doesn't make any bloody sense!!! People can go there any day of the year, but some wait until day before Thanksgiving to do their $1 shopping and cause unnecessary backup in the parking lot and at the cash register lines. If they had any common sense, they would do their cheap arse shopping before one of the busiest holidays of the year! They are more focused on stocking supplies then ringing up customers. I spent 15 mins in line waiting to get balloons when there were 10 people in line but one person on the register. 4 people stocking, I had to ask one of the people stocking to help. Smh. read more

I recently bought several items from this Dollar Tree. We ended up not using six of the items for Thanksgiving so I went to exchange the items for cards and Christmas bags. When I entered the store with my items I immediately went to the register and informed the cashier that I would like to exchange my items but lost my receipt. She seemed annoyed right away and demanded that I go get six items. I ignored her attitude and went to get six items and went back in her line. She told me that I should go to another register instead as if she was closing. She continued to take several customers after asking me to move to the other register. When I went into the other line, the next lady treated me as if I had taken the items and then wanted to exchange. She told me that next time I would need a receipt to exchange, when this is not posted any where in the store nor was the fact that they couldn't pull a transaction from your card. After treating me like a criminal for 10 mins she finally let me exchange the items. This location lacks customer service and store policies and items to be frank.
