I didn't find exactly what I needed but I browsed the whole store and was overall impressed by the deals. I was amazed by the amount of Halloween items in stock here. They have candy, Halloween decor, party supplies, pumpkin carving equipment and even some very basic costume accessories. I was in here in the middle of October and was surprised that they had a good amount of Christmas goods in stock. This is always a great place to grab cleaning supplies. Greeting cards have gone up quite a bit at Walmart, so you can grab some here for 2 for $1! I always stock up on sympathy, anniversary and birthday cards here to have around the house. They also have a ton of gift wrap supplies such as ribbons, wrapping paper and bags. I don't buy food at Dollar Tree, but they had a pretty large section of the store devoted to edibles. If you are moving into a new place and need some basic supplies, this is a great place to come!

I have over a decade in retail mgt and stores don't get this bad in a day or week, this is long term negligence.

So we continued into the store as we were only looking for one item anyway and not even a minute later a very rude women from the back of the store yelled we're closed you need to leave and we let her know that we were told 5 mins and that we were only looking for one thing. There were also multiple people in the store at least 5+ people also shopping and after we told her we were told different from the front end assistant she proceeded to scoff and role her eyes and stomp back to the back like a child throwing a tantrum almost . I'm a department manager as well at a much larger store and that is no way to treat customers that are in the store before closed.

Staff are always nice but there has never been more than 2 registers open at a time and most of the time it's just one. They have a huge selection of books....all kinds including children's books. I buy for my kids here all the time. It's just hard to find if you are looking for something specific. They keep up with items from the current season which is nice. Some prices are better than other stores bur some are not. If you sign up to be a member you get emails about current items, discounts on your order and invitations to special events. You don't want to see pictures....it's not pretty but is worth the trip if you have time to look around.

After looking around, I think they've done it. For essentials and things you didn't know you needed until you see it here, this place has got it covered. The name of this store sums it up -- a lot of dollar items and dollar or more-plus things, but none were over-priced compared to comparable places. The last thing asked as I left the store was if I was looking for anything in particular, because he'd order it. Everyone who came in was offered a basket for shopping and if they needed it, assistance in finding something. If it wasn't here, he said he'd order it and for that person to come back next week.
