I come here when I am at the pharmacy anyway so it is very easy to pick up some things that I might need to skip the grocery store trip. The prices are good for most items and the aisles are easy to fit two carts down. Checking out can be an issue as there are just one of two cash registers open if you don't use self checkout. But with my bag from the pharmacy that sometimes causes issues in the self checkout so I will wait for a register. Service is friendly so just give yourself some time to checkout.

I could've stayed in there for hours, but we were there looking for car chargers. We found what we needed & headed to check out. We checked ourselves out and were out the door. The staff didn't speak or ask to help while we were there. I guess it's good we didn't need them for anything, huh. The ones near the registers were engulfed in their own conversations & cellphones. I see that a lot these days. Regardless of that, I would come back because it's organized and clean. It's so many cute things that I'd love to buy for myself and my family.

I asked her if she gets an employee discount for working here. to which she replied, "It's a small one." So I asked, if her job duties include working the register, and she replied, "everybody is entitled to their opinion." And I asked her, if her duties include working the register to which she gets paid, and a discount, why should I do it for free, to which she once again replied, "everybody is entitled to their opinion". If Five Below raised all the prices on items, so it is now $25 below, and I am paying more, why should I also be a FREE employee while in the store. Only after I told the employee that I would just drop everything right there and walk out did she agree to ring up the items. What is wrong with the employees were they feel too entitled to do their job? Although no Needoh's, she let us know to follow their instagram that was posted on the door for the latest drops. They still had a good section of squishies though. I did not feel at all like she wanted to welcome us. She did not enjoy anything about her job. I ordered two chocolate shakes and an orange aid. The lady asked me if I wanted pineapple or cherries or anything and when I looked at her and said no, I'd like the shakes plain please she snapped at me. I'm talking about the orange aid. I told her I'm not from here. I did not know that you guys added anything to it and I'm sorry. I just want a plain one. We went outside to the patio when our order was done, and I realized I did not have a straw for my orange aid. So my daughter went in to grab another straw and again the young redheaded lady told her I already gave you straws. My daughter said you gave us straws for the shake, but not for the orange drink. The redheaded lady orange told my daughter, You mean, orange aid. No, I wasn't born yesterday and I come here twice a year and I drop a lot of money at your store. I know that it seems like it'd be a desirable place for young people to work because you get a discount and it's a pretty cool place to work at I think that this girl might need some more training or maybe another girl who really wants to work at that store should take her place.
