As a semi-avid goer of this location and a volunteer at this location before today, I really loved InJoy and the Greenville location as well. But this place has changed drastically since I started going there over a year ago and started volunteering there almost a year ago. The original manager I knew is gone; the entire store's been rearranged and remodeled; the 50% volunteer discount went down to 20%; and I didn't even get it half the time after the change. You can't buy in bulk anymore while volunteering (a box with a set price instead of each item individually priced), and it just doesn't feel the same anymore. It ended today when I was told by the new manager that I've had my volunteering privileges revoked. She tried to hide why and kept avoiding when I asked why until I started getting into specifics. I asked if it was because I had tried to buy a camera bag at one price rather than opening it and individually pricing everything in it (which I had done because I had forgotten about the new rule and it was like 6:10 pm and everyone wanted to leave, which was quickly remedied by me going into the back, taking both cameras out, and a lens box for one of the cameras, getting him to price the cameras, and paying for them, by which I didn't get the discount then either), and she said things were "missing from the bag," which is quite odd considering I was the only one who'd looked at it aside the donation receiver as I grabbed the camera bag from a donation bin used for incoming donations that was under multiple other crates. Furthermore, I had left that bag on the overflow shelving before I left next to (or close to) a broken point-and-shoot Samsung camera I had tested previously (and ruined one roll of film and ended up screwing the other one up with humidity by leaving it in my pocket while testing), and said bag was gone today when I went, having only a camera flash and booklets left in it when I had last seen it. It is my humble opinion, and that too of my parents, that someone stole from the location and blamed it on me. It is disappointing that a store built on Christian values would have such a situation occur, and it's disappointing what this place has become.

The inventory is hit and miss, though well priced & I can't blame anyone for not wanting to put anything porous for sale in the building. Twice had the lights flashed at us let him know we were coming down. Asked if I could purchase 1 item. Grabbed the wallet, went to pay he looked at me as if to say something, marked it down $10 then rang me up. I get out to my car open the coin area only to find the inside is coming apart glue and all sticking to itself. Seriously $90 when you know it is damaged inside. Least you can do is mark it as such. I did not feel at all like she wanted to welcome us. She did not enjoy anything about her job. I ordered two chocolate shakes and an orange aid. The lady asked me if I wanted pineapple or cherries or anything and when I looked at her and said no, I'd like the shakes plain please she snapped at me. I'm talking about the orange aid. I told her I'm not from here. I did not know that you guys added anything to it and I'm sorry. I just want a plain one. We went outside to the patio when our order was done, and I realized I did not have a straw for my orange aid. So my daughter went in to grab another straw and again the young redheaded lady told her I already gave you straws. My daughter said you gave us straws for the shake, but not for the orange drink. The redheaded lady orange told my daughter, You mean, orange aid. No, I wasn't born yesterday and I come here twice a year and I drop a lot of money at your store. It's a unique concept where people/vendors are actually given small sections of the store where they can display their wares. There was everything from garage sale items to 3D printed stuff to brand new toys still in the box. There were clothes and furniture, really anything you can think of. Where we live there are a few consignment/thrift stores who utilize this same concept and I think it's a great way to help small businesses start out and/or to help people in the community get their products out there. We only stayed about 5 minutes or so because we were already behind, but if you love to shop or you're looking for a unique item or gift to buy in person, this spot should definitely be on your list.

I did not get a chance to visit every store while on a time limit but I am happy with what I spent within my budget for the quality of items I purchased. I enjoyed shopping at the Adidas store. They had a 60% off clearance sale and I was able to purchase 2 outfits for my daughter priced at $7.99 & 10.99 per piece. The selection was excellent and I saw some adorable IVY Park sneakers and boots by Beyoncé. Customer service was excellent. I also visited the Lane Bryant store to purchase undergarments. The customer service was impeccable and the store was well stocked compared to Raleigh. I was very happy with the sale items I purchased and will definitely return to visit the remainder of the stores. This outlet mall could use a modern renovation so that is the only negative.
