I visited the store early August and was immediately hit with the lack of relief from the humidity outside while walking inside, it was just as hot, with absolutely no sign of air-conditioning and no fresh air - just really stagnant thick air ,feeling like I was in a warehouse with no power on, for sure.. I didn't find the store to be very organized. I have visited a few different Ollies and this one feels the least organized with a lot of randomness and slight organization, coupling like items in the same aisles, but no real sense of direction. No guidance via signage and if you haven't been there, you're kind of just walking around surprising yourself at what you might find. On top of the heat/thick air, I also found it very uncomfortable when I had to use the restroom. I was immediately hit with not a good smell and the facility itself didn't feel as clean and up-to-date as I would expect in 2026. There are some good deals there but nothing worth going out the way for in after I did just that today lol It didn't feel worth it for the trade off of buying things at. "Bargain" . Nothing was that great of a deal and I'd rather have paid a little more for more options and a better more comfortable experience. She also reminded us that they were having a special sale going on w an extra 20% off on all store. If we were considering on buying That day. We said we would come back. So she gave us print out showing bed info and $ to take w us. We did this and then went to Bob's. They were more expensive then Big Lots and not even same firmness and did not include the frame. So we went back to Big Lots and bought bed. Great experience as always.

The proprietors of the shop are nice, know thier stuff, and are ready to go the extra to help. This Marshalls in Franklin Village looks like it's on its final breath--honestly, I've seen…read moregoing-out-of-business sales that looked better organized than this mess. Marshalls stores are notoriously chaotic, but this location takes the cake for being a complete disaster zone. Shelves are bare in spots and overloaded in others, racks are crammed with wrinkled, mismatched clothing, and items are strewn across the floor like a tornado just passed through. The store layout feels like an afterthought, with no sense of order or upkeep, and the entire place has an abandoned, depressing vibe that screams retail death spiral. To make matters worse, the staff seemed equally disinterested--more like they were counting down the minutes to closing time rather than assisting customers or maintaining even the bare minimum of tidiness. This place feels like a liquidation sale waiting to be announced, and at this rate, it might be doing everyone a favor. Skip it--there are better-managed Marshalls elsewhere, or better yet, shop literally anywhere else.
